One of the best hotel in Banyuwangi.
They have 2 option accomodation, villa or hotel. The breakfast menu not really good.

The hotel lies just at Banyuwangi city outskirts. Quite and comfortable. Have a nice amenities. Also offer great variation of breakfast and food at the restaurant including a local taste. The staff also very responsive. The price quite reasonable with the service.

I came here around 2 o clock, and the room wasn't ready, I waited for 2 hours for the room the be ready, and there were no apologies from the reception staff. The room was ok, spacious, there were some hair on the floor, and some dirt on the bed. The food was so so as for the taste and the variety. Swimming pool was nice and spacious enough with quite warm water. Other than above, I did love the bed, it was so comfy, had a very good sleep there. Also love the bathroom, it was really spacious, and the water runs very well.

The hotel itself is good. Nice pool, nice standard room. There are two things that I see will make people choose another hotel:
1. Location is quite remote. For those who'd like to explore the city, this is not the place. For those who like the calm ambience of rural areas, then go fo it.
2. The food really needs to be improved.

Consider as one of the best hotel in Banyuwangi. It's still new. The service is okay, the room is good. Breakfast meal should be served hot.

I would say AWESOME 😍😍 ame and my family was staying in your hotel for new year. But unfortunetly only 1 night to enjoyed your hotel facilities. The pool was not working because of NYE event. The breakfast was so amazing, plenty of food in thw restaurant. The room was comfortable to stay. The reception was polite and friendly

This is a very new hotel/resort (opened in August 2017). Very big, nicely decorated. Staff very friendly but still being trained. Excellent pool. Limited menu, good buffet breakfast. Be aware that it is not near the town centre (6 km). When I was there (November 2017) mainly groups and families with children. Negotiated price $35/night. Needs further review 6-12 months from now. If you go, ask for room facing the back unless you like to be woken up at 3 am by the call to prayer. This is not a backpacker option.

My friends ans I stayed at this hotel and simply loves it. Staff were mostly very well trained and makes you feel at home even while walking around. Swimming pool was not the cleanest but the rooms and complimentary breakfast were of high standards. Menu in the restaurant was not very comprehensive but doable. We loved the feel and interior of the hotel and do hope the hotel will keep up the good works of maintenance!

The place was good.. The room just okay.. I think the room was small. The bed was not that soft.. The restaurant was good. Everything just okay.. I think they need to improve the room too small, not comfortable to sleep. To small if you bring bagage.

Beautiful hotel that have beauty view and also comfort when stayed in there. For breakfast, the menu its fair the taste its enough. For the bedroom its comfort, clean maybe that because when I stay at there the hotel just have launched. Near from airport only take 15 minute to the hotel from airport. A liitle bit dispointed for the reception staff, for handling customer complain and not giving a solution for us as customer.

Another good hotel in Banyuwangi. Came here at midnight after Santika full booked. The service are excellent with good staff attitude. Breakfast are above average. Looking for another stay here.

Staying for one night at this hotel... Everything is perfect... From check in to check out. Only one thing is error. The strange voice of water flushing from my room and other room (neighbour room) that disturb the comfort of the stay. The rest is perfect. The hotel management should arrange and manager the water pressure system to avoid this minor..

The place is awfully bad. Pathetic food for a so called 4 star lodging. Disgusting beds. Useless staf, simply staring at the guest while we are busy dropping our luggage. The layout itself, is an epitome of stupidity.

when peak season, very bad management. bad rules. I book n full paid deluxe 1st floor room also confirm in morning, but got 2nd floor room with standard type wit same price. high deposit (idr 300k+ almost half of full price room). few interior had problem (loose door handle in shower room).
please make it better.
