It Ok, the movies arent so many they only got 2 studios mostly they play indo movies except if its really legit then they play some international movies its cheap.. It about the price define the quality

• Located at a strategic area, paved street, near of Boom Beach.
• Consist of 2 studios. The movies are update enough.
• IDR 25k for weekdays (Monday-Thursday) and IDR 35k for weekend (Friday-Sunday) and holiday.
• There is a praying room, parking and clean toilets.
• It's the only one cinema in Banyuwangi, so there isn't the comparison with another. But the cinema is good enough.

Popcorn should be better, the ambience is not entertaining, the seat inside the studio should be more comfortable and the sound quality too

nice theater in such a small city like Banyuwangi. Movies are updated regularly. Too bad sometimes you'll find a-bit-broken chair.

The staff are unfriendly, some movies aren't up-to-date, dirty restroom, not so comfy chair, front-speaker only, air cond feels hot especially in the front row, not enough parking space. Can't complaining much as it's the one and only cinema in Banyuwangi.

I'm so sorry for giving 1 star only. Cause I have reasons. First, the service is not very good. I think the staffs should get a hospitality training again. Second, the facility of the movie room is not that working well, some chairs doesn't feel cozy, the air conditioners also not that working cause i was still getting sweat. It is very disappointing cause it was happened for my very first visit

The only one modern cinema in Banyuwangi. It provides the newest movie. But sometimes the movies are not up to date. But it is still the good place for you and your family

The chair is obsolete (like the cinema in jakarta when i was in elementary school 1999). I saw the rat walk around. High price for mineral water IDR 7500 for "Club" Mineral water (even the price for aqua mineral water only IDR 6000 at 3 stars hotel in Banyuwangi).
The receptionist (Risma Yuni) is not proffessional she try to arrange our seat (i never like to seat near pathway because the chair is not good and the light from row number is too shiny, that's why i always order next to that chair. But that ladies ask me to reserved that chair because the other guest might not order 1 empty place, i said that i have right to choose wherever chair that i want to order, and that ladies told me with arrogance word "well for now you can buy it, but in busy time you can't". Oh girl i will not come for this place as long as you are still the receptionist there.) Please don't be arrogant just because NSC is the one and only cinema in banyuwangi. I better to stay at my room and enjoy my HBO. FYI i am a repeater here and always come for every new movie (sometimes 2 times a day) and i always bring my colleagues. Sorry to say this place are not reccomended for those who like the hospitality service.

Kursinya nanggung banget tingginya gak sampe leher jadi gak bisa nyandarin kepala, parkiran kurang luas alias mepet-mepet, harga makanan disini mahal mending beli diluar.

Parking lot is not too big, especially for cars. The movies are the same with those in bigger cities.
Only 2 studios in this cinema, and you can hear the sounds from the other theater.
When the movie is new and it's crowded, there will always be people who make noises, playing with their cellphones, and things that can disturb you.
