Looking at the price and the facilities given from this hotel, I gave it 5 stars.
The room quite large for a 3 stars hotel. Breakfast menu was good and a lot of traditional in the menu. I would definitely come back

Salah satu hotel terbaik di Banyuwangi. Terletak di sisi jalan utama. Banyak tempat makan di sekitarnya. Memiliki kolam renang. Makanan resto banyak variasinya, mulai dari masakan khas Banyuwangi hingga masakan nasional. Kamar mandi dilengkapi dengan toilet duduk bershower. Harga kamar per malamnya sangat terjangkau, bahkan untuk anggaran seorang PNS yg akan menginap disini. Pelayanan ramah dan sopan. Dan ini merupakan bagian dari jaringan hotel asli brand Indonesia.

most uncomfortable hotel bed(s) ever. i don't know what they have in their mind when they decide to combine two beds as one and cover it with two mattress in other direction. it gives me back pain.

Nice hotel, clean room, towel also clean enough, i have nice breakfast for 2days stay on this hotel. This hotel also have fitness room and nice pool Recommended for coming back.

The best hotel in Banyuwangi. Nice amenities, clean and neat complex. If you need something comfortable in that area then that's the place to go.

Decent room space, great amenities. Parking lot is a little bit small compared with Hotel star level. Service is quick and efficient.
Pool is decent, not too big, but still has children pool area. Breakfast is good, need more food variation though. Definitely the best Hotel now in Banyuwangi.

- Comfy bed and pillow + blanket
- Spacious room with big table
- Staffs are friendly and helpful
- Parking space is acceptable
- Pool is clean

Nice hotel.. little expensive but is Okay ! .. many item on that room.. missing hairdryer. In town of banyuwangi. Many chinese stay in here.. will comeback if visit this city again !

nice hotel, nice staff on front desk & so clean the room but the wifi so slow, i just test from speedtest app its only 1.95Mbps for download and 1.85Mbps for upload

This 3 stars rated hotel is newly operated about 2 years back but surprising enough to notice the housekeeping / maintenance is not seriously carrying-out their responsibility to sustain the quality of the guestroom interior.

This place offers good service. Although they stated that they are 3* but they are equivalent to 4* in terms of establishment and service. Highly recommended as the price is also reasonable.

Great service, food, room clean. For regency site hotel value for money, much better then aston jember. Food quality still acceptable. Service and attitude staff good. Parking car ok, fitness center abit small, room aircond ok. Location more near to city compare to ketapang indah hotel. No massage place but you can call at your room, but abit pricey. Overall not bad hotel still have 4stars standard👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

It's alright, one of the better ones in Banyuwangi. The rooms are clean but small. Service and location could be better. Also food was just average.

Nice Hotel for such an emerging city like Banyuwangi. I might say this is a best hotel in the city. To me, the room is okay, the food is just so-so. Unfortunately, I haven't tried the room service. Overall it was a nice experience staying here.
