Room 617 have a broken air conditioner. We asked the staff to repair and still not fixed. We asked for the second time and no one came. They turn off the MCB for the AC instead. Not a pleasant experience

I spent my money with air bnb but the room is bad, The facility is just not good, esp the aircon really warm.. I call the enginering they are not coming

Good and yet a cozy hotel in Palembang, located right in the strategic Sudirman street so it is easy to spot and also offer a very easy access to various place in Palembang.

It used to be a decent hotel. Now, bad management, the air con was not cool, quite bad lighting.

Good location at center of the city and easy to reach every places, clean and neat hotel, good breakfast and the most important thing is budgetary rate

Been here for several times. Best location, walkable to restaurants, hospital, and some government offices. Comfy bed, clean enough, and spacious room.

Stayed it here 2 years ago for 3 days. All what i remember that my room have bad view, an empty broken house. But i like the surrounding place, its walkable to some restaurants and convenient store. It takes for about 15 minutes by local "taxi" from here to the famous historical ampera bridge.

Old hotel, bad wifi signal and slow internet. Many problems with the bathroom. Low quality on the house soap and shampoo (mixed with water).. I prefer another..
