Affordable Indonesian food, no thrills just a plane and simple old school restaurant (no wifi either).
Tip: if you are the first customer to walk in ask a happy hour offer, I'm sure the old lady will accommodate you.

Recommended by a local. Greatly surprised by the service (the most endearing old lady) and the food was great!

Had a good and tasty Cap Cay, gf had a chicken/vegetable curry missing most of the vegetables. Decent place on the tourist street for Indonesian food

I am not an expert on Indonesian cuisine and can't judge it properly but for me it was just not fresh and tasty. We took catfish in curry and nasi rawon but we even didn't finish it, maybe it's just not our taste. Anyway they have very nice staff. But they don't have wifi.

Very small portions, very expensive for ehat you get!

Please overlook the clash between old indo furniture and the new sign hanging outdoors; this restaurant has been in this hipster street longer than all of the rest!
Real authentic grandma cuisine with a self respecting indo menu instead of this fake thai's and grills who are serving spaghetti as well. Try the rendang or just ask what type of dish you would like and the 75 year old grandma chef will make it for you! Definitly cheaper than the rest of the street!

The foods are average, I tried the Mie Godhok, not so authentic local taste, since they used common indomie noodle and the price could be considered above average for jogja standard.

The foods were average at best. Tried the Mie Goreng, Mangut Lele and Nasi Rawon. It could have been 3 stars. But since the prices are too expensive (for Jogja Standard) I gave them 2 stars. Oh. 1 positive thing though; the grandma waitress was nice and can speak fluent English.
