Buka puasa di Neo+ sangat ramai.. terasa penuh karna tempat makannya nya yg tidak terlalu luas namun customernya banyak. Ditambah lagi dengan terdapat beberapa live cooking yg berada di area dalam (no smoking area) sehingga asapnya membuat kurang nyaman saat makan.

Just taste the foods restaurant for iftar but so far they offer good package with veerrry affordable price. On my package, only 68800idr and it was such a great serving. The foods are good. Great taste and various menus are available.

Very very not recommended... I left my earphone when I checked out from this hotel and the earphone never came back while the staff seemed dont care about the guest... At breakfast, the cook told me to wait 30 minutes for one goddamn omelette... The bathroom floor is not flat, so you will see water flooding at shower... Really, I never going back to this hotel

The hotel is located in a very good location with lots of tourists places within short distance. The staff are very friendly and were taking care of our needs really well. The amenities at the hotel was also really good which includes a swimming pool. Overall, loved the stay and will definitely recommend it.

Great hotel. Really clean. The breakfast buffet is good but not great. Amazing please to stay. Can't believe the price is that low.

The rooms are clean, cozy and cool. The staff are so friendly and helpfull. But the wifi is not working, it is not recommended for business.

overall nice room and ambiance. but poor signal, i can't get the WiFi work in my room and my network too really poor. but the staff are all nice and very friendly.

I came here to attend the meeting from corporate. Neo+ Awana shown the true hospitality with flawless service to everyone. Cozy place neither meeting venue nor outdoor area with great food taste and cleanliness itself. Keep the good work and suppose will be stay here when having a schedule to visit Yogyakarta.

Really great hotel here. With a clean room, comfy, and great service overall. Here i post few photos. Pardon there are messy bed because i shoot it when i want to check out. But at the first time, the room was really clean. But there are water drop from air conditioner, maybe neo can fix it asap.

I came here for a business trip and meeting. Meeting room was great and very comfy. Their room is spacious and comfortable. They cleaned the room very well. Their staff was very friendly and helpful, and I love the girl in the reception desk (they’re wearing white hair and it’s unique!). Breakfast and lunch menu was delicious. I love their Peking Duck and Black Pepper Chicken. Definitely come back here when I go for holiday with my family in the next month.

Great stay at the hotel Neo+
From the sevice, and property and quality, they are all 5 stars, i would recommend this hotel to anyone , great for couples or friends, family or even if you are traveling solo.
Great location, and easy to access to the main areas.
Just a quick tip, get the breakfast package, it is so worth it to do it before you arrive, and they are all kind of selections for anyone.

It was a good stay and the staffs were friendly and very helpful, except for 1 guy.
The room was clean and nice, breakfast was good.
It was easy to go round the town with the the Grab car services provided at the hotel itself

The hotel staffs are so friendly, especially Mas Mas at the main door, he always very helpful. Nearby to alun alun, and easy to find traditional to modern foods around. The location is very easy to be found for sure. The pool is pretty, you can even enjoy your breakfast beautifully at the poolside. I am kind of person who loves peaceful place, and this hotel meets the need, I always have a good sleep here. Overall, so In love!

Very friendly and helpful staff, good location, clean and quiet, good value for money except breakfast which although it was delicious and varied, I found it a bit pricey.

The room was standard but very clean and with AC.
Breakfast buffet was really tasty and for a good price (they offered us a voucher of 50K IDR for the breakfast every day)!
It was really nice to have breakfast in the terrace in front of the pool, nice music and professional service.
Good location since its located near a nice neighborhood (prawirotaman) with tons of restaurants and bars : 5 to 10 minutes walking tops.
Staff was really nice and very clean hotel.
- The pool closes at 6pm so impossible to enjoy it after a warm day of visiting, it's a pity.
- The hotel is located near a mosque so we woke up every night by the sounds of it..
- Impossible to open the windows in the room

Clean and nice looking hotel with pleasant and English speaking staff. Breakfast is really good with plenty of choice. A small pool is there with some lounging chairs. Staff is helpful with booking excursions to sights around Yogya. Feel more luxurious than the 3 star rating it gets.

(+) Served really good food in the restaurant. Easy access to the city. There's a swimming pool with a cool deck to chill out.
(-) No Gym. Sometimes in High Season they're so crowded.

Neo Awana was perfectly located very close to some of the main attractions in Jogja! The rooms were cozy and the service was very friendly.
The complementary breakfast was perfect and complete with both Indonesian and western food. You could even book a tour to the temples without having to deal with travel agents or people trying to rip you off.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Clean rooms, comfortable bed and 24h room service. Good choices of TV Channels. Not in the center , but in a good area! Price/Value is great.

For the first time last years we stayed here its nice place.. but for the second time last week we stayed here its really bad.. bathroom flooded and very small room,, air conditioning not works.. but thanks for the service..

Good value hotel. The location is not so far from the city center but price was acceptable. Overall quality of the hotel (room, service, facilities) is good.

I wish you can keep your good service.
Perhaps for some people those who reach Jogja advance, it is good to let them to get a privilege to wash themselves while their luggage stay till the right time for check-in.

First time visit and stay. Surprise with lady receptionist using light blonde wig when they welcome at lobby. First thought: wrong choice, kind like disco hotel. The lobby sofas looks dull and dirty.
But all melted up when they greet, serve and escort me to the room. The room, the corridors, the housekeeping service, the people, the swimming pool, were all excellent.
I got a visit of my husband the next day, he was as surprise as myself and would like to stay there for next month visit with our family.

Excellent. What I love the most about this hotel is that It's strategically situated on the outskirt of the busiest part of the city, meaning the hustle and bustle of the street will not bother you much, yet you can still feel connected to civilization. And It is relatively close to get to the main attractions of the city (The so-called South Palace is only a 2 minute walk from the Hotel if you fancy some nighttime strolling).
The staff are ridiculously warm and nice! They will answer all your questions about getting here and there around the city and even go to any length to make sure you enjoy your time while you're staying with them. Definitely one of the best hotels in Yogyakarta.

Its such a nice experience of staying in this hotel, with the great hospitality and wamness from the staff, the room and facility provide at the hotel is excelent ,its also located in a strategic area and tourist destination like malioboro shopping street and the sultan palace.. Love it! :))

Best location, near from Tamansari and Malioboro.
You should try the breakfast, mostly yummy and completed variance from Indonesian cuisine, western and traditional food..
The staff are friendly ! Highly recommended.

It was a brand new hotel, clean and functional. The staff with their colorful wig was helpful and friendly. Lots of parking space, and within a walking distance to Alun-alun Kidul.

A recomended hotel if u goes to yogya , staff is very friendly especially ferdy . His help me during im stay in yogya. F&B is good and breakfast has many variants
