Gorgeous villa and unbelievable service. Not to mention, the restaurant is above and beyond any other place we went to in Bali. Granted.. it’s about 3-5x the price, it’s totally worth it for a special night. The exec chef is a great chap as well.
The included breakfast is serving style with a menu catered to everyone and anyone.
If you’re trying to make your honeymoon or trip special.. this is the place. Hands down. I would love to answer any other questions about Viceroy as well!!!

An amazing hotel, incredible views in the tropical lush rainforest and the wonderful warm hospitality of the staff! The food is amazing particularly the breakfast- you must try the coconut French toast! The staff are wonderful and always happy to help. Special thanks to Made and Chess our wonderful guides who took us to explore the nearby surroundings. Would recommend to all!

Incredible place. The villas are stunning, the staff are the friendliest people we've ever met. The food is a great balance between tasty local food and worldwide. We were absolutely gutted to leave.

Beautiful location, great breakfast and superb service. Quite unique in a lot of ways, it's right by rice terraces (not the famous ones where tourists go), high on a hill that you can see Mt. Agung on a clear day, watch monkeys jump from tree to tree while having breakfast. Golf cart service to/from room, and shuttle to Ubud is super convenient. Beautiful room, warm pool is a very thoughtful idea. Very well maintained property overall, what we didn't like: (1) full marble floor in the room that made conditions slippery and unsafe (2) smell in the room, not sure if that was due to mold or cleaning detergent (3) concierge didn't seem knowledgeable about tourist attractions, or have a structured way to guide us on attractions nearby (4) ants in the room - granted it's Bali-wide issue but considering other 5 star hotels in the region has fixed this, it could be improved here as well. All that said,would highly recommend and go back again.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with a beautiful and nice staff. Gorgeous view at breakfast overlooking the jungle. We had a personal pool outside our sliding doors with view of the same jungle. Couldn't consider another place if/when we return. 6/5 stars

One of the most luxurious Villa ever stayed. Room, pool, and service are all top-notch. The restaurant is also very good, especially the breakfast.

An absolutely stunning hotel. The accommodation was amazing, especially the high level of finishes and the villa was extremely spacious. The private pool was breathtaking with views of the forest. We even had a visit from a family of local monkeys. I thought the daily fresh fruit a lovely touch. Thoroughly enjoyed the spa facilities. The massage was one of the best I have ever experienced. The restaurant offered numerous options that were delicious. The staff and managers were extremely professional, approachable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend the Viceroy for those wanting a zen holiday in paradise.

Stunning hotel and fantastic service. It was clear everyone was there to make sure I stay was the best possible. We had a minor issue with our private pool which was resolved immediately and without us even knowing when they fixed it.

This is an amazing hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The views are breathtaking. The rooms are modern, clean, & fit for a king. Fully recommend this hotel. It's fabulous.

Been twice already in 2 years, will be back no doubt about it! My favorite place in the whole world, fantastic villas, amazing people, nobody can do enough for you! A little pricey, but well well well worth every single penny.

Perfect weekend getaway from Singapore. Last minute booking as we really needed some space away from work. Normally we are adventurers but this time we just made full use of the spa (honestly best massage ever), private pool and cocktails. Super friendly, sweet local staff.

Overpriced!
1) Facilities : spacious but old (but infinity pool is great though)
2) Staff : rude and not friendly
3) Food : delicious but pricy
Totally fairly good hotel, but price is high and staffs need more education.

we were over there for 5 days and every thing was grate, the location was you look like were in a paradise ,the staff were very friendly and the rooms very clean the speed for our requests very fast, i miss you viceroy and congratulations to your great and special hotel

Stunning in everyway. The villas are beautiful, spacious and the moderate sized plunge pools are always warm. Food was amazing, only issue is the cost. Small local beers costs 60kIRP (when factoring in the service and tax) cocktails over 200k... Staff are truely wonderful we got lost and missed our pick up (we were meant to be joining another couple), the desk had already sent another car to come look for us when we called from a local bar a few minutes later. Its heaven on earth set within a valley of rainforest.

If you want romantic luxury honeymoon in the middle of the jungle, just go for it. If you are a caring husband or Lovable father also go for it. They have private villas and suites with all have a private pools. They have Fitness center, Spa, Bar, Wheel chair access, Restaurant, Pool, Free Parking, Breakfast & wifi.......... List still continues.
If you are a married couple just go and feel the majestic ambiance and if you are a family man with children then also go for it to spend few days in Mesmerizing location.
They had a luxurious private dinner at the pool (you have to pre book that) and it is just AMAZING! ! Strongly recommend it for newlyweds and also for family stay.

Viceroy Bali is a Five Star hotel that aims to push boundaries of luxury and comfort. Their staff are well mannered and are always looking for more ways to help and serve you. Access to your Villa or room is done via a Golf Buggy resulting in a hassle free experience. Cascades Restaurant never fails to impress for any culinary occasion. Viceroy is the place to go for relaxation and comfort. I had the pleasure of celebrating NYE there and was not disappointed.

We were fortunate enough to stay at the Viceroy Bali, a family owned tropical hideaway that emphasis on the privacy comfort, consisting of 25 luxuriously Villa. The property is located just a few minutes away from Ubud (with a shttle bus service l day long). Honestly, it is the perfect sanctuary for couples, honeymoons and weddings!

The most incredible 4 days! My wife and I stayed for our honeymoon and didn't want to leave. We've never experienced luxury like it and couldn't fault it. The location, the staff, the service, the food and drinks, amenities were all second to none. Can't wait to go back!

When you're here, you're royalty. If you want an intimate and relaxing Bali experience then this is the place. It has the staples that come to mind when you think of Bali: amazing views, infinity pools, great Balinese people full of smiles and amazing food - except this is the best you'll find in Bali in all categories. Do yourself a favor and recharge your life batteries here.

Absolutely amazing hotel, you'll be treated like royalty when you stay here. the staff are amazing and very friendly, always willing to do whatever possible to help you. The views from the villas and hotel on general are second to none. Highly recommend.

This hotel is stunning in every way. From the option to arrive by helicopter (8 seater or 4 seater), this 25 private-villa resort will transport you to another world through the fine dining, the infinity pool in your private villa, the views from your very own bale of the jungle-clad Petanu River Gorge, which is nothing short of spectacular. Enjoy a capaccino from your own expresso machine in your room and awake to the dawn chorus of birdsong. Professional staff who really show they love guests and you will meet the two owners who live on site too and that equates to a level of service above five star. A very romantic hotel.

I dont understand Why they prohibit me taking picture. 750 dollars one night but the view is not so matching. Japanese like here.

I was here on my honeymoon don't knowing what to expect and we fell in love with the hotel as soon as we arrived.
The service is excellent and the food is exquisite, from breakfast to dinner....everything we tried was great.
Having the jungle as a background for everything is amazing.
If you have a chance you should definitely stay here.

Just excellent! Staff is very kind and helpful, the food at Cascades Restaurant is great (one of the best chefs in Ubud), the villas are spacious, very comfortable and have everything you need for a romantic stay!
