This is the amazing story that you have to enjoy and I hope you can witness the journey through the painter through its wonderful paintings. Mr Blanco was a lovely father and a very good husband and a very happy person. Travelled to Indonesia from far away and to find a wonderful land with mesmerising amazing looking women and aroused as no one around there. The only thing we have seen in the past are a few days away from the happening in history. The place is pretty good and it's a very happy and satisfied little one with the weather here in blue skies and scenery.

Blanco was an over-indulged pervert with some talent but painted only variations of nude women in his limited style. The Dali of Bali... in his own mind only! Museum is only worth a visit if you want to climb to the roof of the house for some decent views of Ubud.

It's such a beautiful place! Its bring us to Blanco's world fantasy. The staff there are also very friendly. I love this place very much

What a great museum! I visited it 3 years ago. But it is not for children because there are so many naked painting. There are cute birds also, and you can take picture with them.

A unique place...perhaps not the most interesting and varied art collection as all the work is mostly of the same subject; but worth a visit .

I love museum. But be very careful if you go with your children. There are lots of nude painting... But the museum itself its worth to visit...

This museum dedicated to Don Antonio Blanco, spanish painter that lived in Bali. The land actually the gift from Bali King, because the king admired his works. Don Antonio Blanco died in 1999, and the memory of him still held in this museum. The museum has many collection of Blanco paintings. There are also parrot and some tropical birdies collection

Its an amazing place with a great views and great painting from the famous painter itself. We can't take a picture for the painting but seriously, it doesn't cost so much for the facilities they offers. Overall, this is the best museum i've ever visit 👍👍

Nothing interesting instead of birds. No, really, inside the building there are several skatches, some big paintings are actually reprints (what a shame!) and not originals. Building itself, garden around are nice but for sure do not cost entrence fee.

This is a nice place to see the journey of The Blancos and family. The place is so artsy and the collections are mostly about women, nude. It's prohibited to take any picture inside the museum. The building is quite high and you can see Ubud from the top here. The cafe is a perfect place to chill out. I love being here and the ticket price is affordable. Nice place :)

Wow. I usually don't like art museums and just go for my girlfriend but I really enjoyed this. A lot of suggestive erotica got my blood pumping haha. Very entertaining. Beautiful gardens here too with some exotic birds to hold. You receive a drink of iced hibiscus tea at the end which was a bonus. The history of the man behind the art is also fascinating so read up on it.

Great collections of paints and frames. Specifically the frames were inspiring and I love the painting floor of this museum.

Lovely gardens, amazing main building, loved the painted concrete floors, impressive sculptural entrance and grand doorway. Sweeping staircases. Tranquil oasis, nice restaurant in decked pavilion.

You just need pay 30.000 IDR for @ Person(including welcome drink), and if you need a guide you may ask the receptionist. Great place for people who love painting and art. Great art and also describing who Antonio Blanco really are. at the 3'rd floor you can take a picture and see UBUD from the high.

This museum is not recommended for those who aren't art enthusiasts. You might find it kinda boring. For those who are art enthusiasts, this place is a must. This museum recreates the 'Blanco's atmosphere' with his gorgeous (and kinda abstract) paintings and unique European soundtracks in the rooms. The outside garden is also beautiful! Sadly, you're not allowed to take pictures of his paintings like other paintings museum.

I love this place so much. The staffs are so helpful too. I think this place could be an alternative destination for those who got bored with the beach, and the crowded Denpasar... and also those who love arts.

Such a great "temple" of an art specifically focusing on the beauty of women. Known as Dali from Bali, Antonio Blanco turned his house, studio and gallery into great museum. The decoration and placing design are well thought and staffs are friendly. They have bird park too!

One place to visit whilst in Ubud and you have spare time. Would probably take you 20 Minutes to see unless you are a fan of blanco. Monument is impressive however you can see it for free.

It's not allowed to take photos inside the gallery, so i just took some photos outside. To be honest, i am not an art lover, but his paintings are cool and so creative. There is a restaurant with lovely view, they also have many kind of parrots and birds, and sells some interesting stuffs. U can come here and see a history about him and ubud.
Justin Donnelly (17/03/2017 01:58)
Great unique experience in Ubud. Lovely exotic birds and well maintained ground with friendly staff. Worth a visit when in Ubud even if you're not an art lover.
Evans Narh (04/03/2017 08:33)
Very beautiful paintings but the place needs a facelift. Good food at the restaurant but I wasn't treated well by the servers. I had to wait for a long time to get my food though others who came after me were served. If you are into painting then it's worth the trouble otherwise not worth the money
ankit madhogaria (28/02/2017 06:29)
One of its kind museum... For adults only. Quirky paintings and descriptions that is admirable and would also lighten your mood!
Vemma Novitasari (08/02/2017 01:35)
Beautiful garden. So kinky.

Wenny Erlina (23/12/2016 04:34)
I'm not really fond of paintings and I'm not that artsy. But I like this place. It has beautiful scenery ,welcome drinks, and I like the birds at the garden. Don't bring your underage kids here.
bachtiar rizqi (02/10/2016 02:41)

good place to visit. There are many museums in that area but this one is better than others.
Lot of foreign tourists in that area.
rarindra prakarsa (30/08/2016 06:27)
Good artistic place... Food bit expensive
Tata Bukit (07/07/2016 12:18)
Not recommended for underage children.. the painter was creative, funny and has good humour. The painting is great!
Fransisca Mira (09/05/2016 05:21)
Artsy place with cute birds collection. 2-storey building with paintings, a studio and a restaurant. Entrance fee 30k for locals
Jeff Kalkhoff (30/04/2016 05:40)
Art that doesn't hide it's inspiration, it glorifies it. Loved the compound very tranquil.

14 February 2016 on Valentines Day - For the very first time in life, I took my daughters to visit this gorgeous museum. To feel the love and the passion. Thank you Don Antonio for sharing your love through your paintings...
Estitxu Yubero (29/11/2015 07:12)
This place has a magical atmosphere. We didn't know about this painter's existence, and his work surprised us gratefully.
The museum, studio, surroundings... are beautiful. Plus, there were not so many visitors, so we could enjoy it with calm.
Pro Tip: get lost around the bird park. Alquintopino likes 👍
David Brunet (25/07/2015 04:27)
The real attraction here is the idiosyncratic beauty of the estate. And the knowledge that he was successful at his craft however restrained by his narrow talent.
I enjoyed the straight portraits. However the bulk of the work was formulaic features Indonesian beauties barely clothed. Their eyes gaze at the viewer, with a pouting come hither gazes. Daring us to admire and lust after them. Their fully rendered breasts, nipples pert and glistening front and center. The balance of their torsos faded and scratched into the canvas.
Give me Vargas.
