Fantastic salads, usually quiet and cool area, but there were renovations going on so a bit noisy at that moment. Free wifi, friendly service!

Such a beautiful peaceful vibe with artful decor. Had a lovely time taking in the vibe after doing a lot of walking around Ubud. Zia took excellent care of me and was so warm and generous. Kombucha was delicious and the Ubud Dragon Roll was one of the best sushi I’ve ever had.
Hope to return!

Wonderful surrounds. Quiet and spacious. Good food. The only down side is that staffs keeping asking me to order more food, first right after my main course, then asked me again after I finished dessert when I still have a full glass of drink at that time.

The team at Taksu understands at a deep level what is required for healing. From the work of top level healer’s like Ketut Dani + Dek Ani, to nutrition grown on-site, to the river running through the grounds, this place is a true oasis and gift.

When staying in the centre of Ubud, we found it difficult to decide where to get a massage because there are sooo many options! A lady at our Airbnb mentioned Taksu to be a naturally beautiful and private setting which is exactly what I had envisioned for Ubud. The scenery did not disappoint and neither did the professionalism of their staff!

I would suggest asking the nature of each massage since some can sound relaxing but end up being a different experience. I got the aromatherapy and my fiancé the hot stone. We both enjoyed our experience and would suggest Taksu to anyone looking for a tranquil and relaxing experience.

We had an amazing time at Taksu spa. We went there for a Balinese massage, for a chocolate scrub, and for Infrared Sauna. Ketut Dani & Yuni took care of us, the treatment was heavenly. The massage was firm but soft at the same time. We slept like babies after being there. The spa is very relaxing, located in the middle of nature, the trees are like the ones from Avatar. :) The atmosphere was relaxing and quiet, they took care of everything, so we enjoyed a wonderful time. Give yourself this gift while in Ubud. We had many massages here, but none of them compared with the one we had here. After the treatment, as it was already dinner time, we went to their restaurant for a delicious organic meal. I love the mango Bali, it is my favorite and the Crispy pumpkin salad. They even roast their own coffee and they grow some of their vegetables. Thank you and keep up your good work!

I had one of the best massages I have had in my life at Taksu Spa! When in ubud, bali. Give yourself the gift of going to Taksu Spa. It will be an experience you will not forget. From the highly skilled healers to the tranquil gardens and magical trickling sounds of water. I cant wait to go back. Also make sure you try the buffet breakfast! Amazing!

This a great quality spa for any one looking for some relaxation time and peacefulness. The spar is almost hidden but surrounded by a beautiful garden and river which adds to the atmosphere. The spar is well run with staff that give you a welcome drink and take you to your treatment as the treatments are done in their respective areas. They also ask you to fill out a sheet before you go in that has are your personal details on any injuries, your preference in massage strength and where you would like for your therapist to focus. This sheet follows you as you move to your treatment which insures 0 miscommunication between you and the staff. The prices are slightly higher then most of the spas in Bali as the tax and service charge is added too (15%) however I do believe that you are paying for a quality treatment. I do have to say that a bit of a disappointment was that my manicure started chipping the very next day which was upsetting since the price for it was quite steep. The manicure experience was wonderful but I would have liked my paint to at least last a week...

Went back to Taksu Fresh after a year and half. I must say after trying quite a number of raw/vegan eateries, it's still worth it. The quality of their raw menu is still worth the money as oppose to a number of raw/vegan eateries elsewhere in Ubud that costs almost the same. You know it's truly worth it when the chef takes pain to plate up the food. And it tastes really fresh and authentic plus the service is excellent. #youeatwithyoureyesfirst

Its sad to see the place quite empty the 2 times we were there within 3 days. Anyone who wants to splurge on raw/vegan meals, do not miss this place!

Reviewing the spa only here. Service is top notch though we didn't like having to walk so many steps to get to the massage place and they also cut our 90mins massage to only 70mins actual massage time. Other grouse would be the price actually. We paid 550k per person for a 1hr 30mins massage (after 20% discount including taxes) when we found out other similar places offer only the most 190k for a Balinese massage for 60mins. Granted, there was air conditioning and an area to shower, but there was a blackout halfway through the massage so the experience wasn't very good. Happy to have the Jamu juice at the end of massage though.

Lovely place with a garden, food is nice and at reasonable prices; vegan options too from which I had a tomato, basil and mint gazpacho. Peaceful people

Excellent massage. Had one previously in bali that left me still knotted and not relaxed - this was the exact opposite a great spa experience. A one hour full body massage - recommended

Food is great!! The raw options are very good. The place could be a bit more lively and social though.

Good, healthy food. But bad services and a lot on the menu is not available.

A clean, cozy and higher class than the rest in Ubud. The male masseuse Mingu was very professional. Ended up visiting it twice.

Amazing spa.. nice cafe and reasonable prices, it might be little overpriced but you are getting the experince of 5* hotel spa so its worth every penny!!!

I ate at the new raw food restaurant and the food was incredible. Highly recommend!

Another day wandering the lesser side streets and another wonderful discovery. Another Eden in Ubud.

I wandered into the spa complex attracted by the restaurant menu advertising "salad bar". After walking past the Shiva room, spa and massage "quiet zone" I found unexpected culinary rewards at the end of the walkway. There it was, a lovely restaurant under a canopy of tranquil palm and banana trees among babbling fountains, coy ponds and freshly planted gardens. Another Eden in Ubud.

My meal, a ginormous celadon bowl of fresh wild greens topped was topped with tabbouleh, marinated aubergine, and Greek olives. It was both delicious and satisfying. I chose a salted mint lassié to go with it. A perfect combination of flavors.
