We can honestly not give these guys enough POSITIVE reviews. Truly an 11/10. They were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment we walked in the door.
The gave us the contact for a local who rents out motorbikes for around 100,000rhp.
The view of Batur and the Lake from the parking lot of the hotel is breathtaking. Its also just a short walk from a view point right on the lake looking at the volcano.
The showers we're hot with good water pressure, and the WiFi was speedy and consistent.
Our suggestion is to rent a motorbike to the top of the caldera and visit Pura Puncak Pensiula. If you get there for sunrise and before the clouds set on you can view the Trinity Peaks (Agung, Abang, and Batur)!

The special menu here is mujair nyat-nyat. If you love spicy food, it is worth a try!

The pictures make this place look idyllic, but the walls between the rooms were really thin. You could hear the guests next door cough, sneeze, and pee, that's how bad it was! Also, the running water for the shower got turned off. I ended up washing myself from the bathroom sink. I didn't trust the cleanliness of the hotel sheets, so i slept in all my clothes. I think the only exposed part of my body were my arms (thanks to my tshirt). I should've slept in my jacket, too. I left the hotel with hives breaking out all over my arms. Gross! I will never go back again. The only reason we stayed here was for its proximity to Mt Batur, since we had an early morning hike. The hike was great, the hotel...not so much.

Pessima cucina, staff mediocre e spesso assente. Struttura molto approssimativa. Niente di ché.

Ubytovani jako na tabore, koupelna hrozna-nepouzitelna-lepsi jit spat na smradocha. Na prespani na pulnoc dobre, kdyz je druhy den vystup na sopku. Povleceni a postel cista!

Hotelnya kurang bersih, banyak lalat, pilihan makanan juga kurang banyak.
