Amazing place to stay. Really nice staff around. Calm place, away from crowd.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Sapulidi for 11days. We had double delux room which quite spacious and comfy bed with free wifi. The walls are bit thin so you can hear the neighbour but we were lucky not to have too many guests next door. Breakfast menu was small but was cooked really well. The free shuttle service to the town centre was awesome ! If you can calculate the time it’s really handy. Although it’s not too far, bit of walk in case you miss but the traffic can get little too busy and roads aren’t that wide. Staffs were fantastic! Very friendly and helpful. A total relaxing place to be.

Ordered the deluxe room but the bathub didn't work cause there's a leak in the bathub and I dont know why the how water didn't always turn on so i have to wait for more than 15 minute to get hot water bath. Didn't have much choices for breakfast. But the room was spacious, bed was comfy, good location.

A good place to stay in lush green jungle type atmosphere detached from city traffic.
The rooms (are actually separate villa) are of good size and surrounded by greenery. It’s a great place for relaxing and waking up every morning with birds chattering around.
You’ll find some insects around and a few in rooms which is obvious in the jungle but they have mosquito net in room.
The only problem vegetarians will face is very few options available in breakfast.

Gorgeous hotel and good service. The food at the restaurant is fantastic. I would stay there again.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. The room was clean and unique with a straw roof, outdoor bathroom and pond. We had a great hot stone massage and and a very tasty meal at the resort restaurant. They were able to accommodate a late check out and a few requests. I would definitely go back.

This Resort is one of a kind in Ubud! We stayed on one of the private villas right by a lake and surrounded by beautiful nature, the experience was incredible! We had an amazing view of the rice fields! The villa was massive and with a really beautiful local inspired decoration. The villa was overlooking a lake and the swimming pool. The swimming pool is amazing to unwind in the afternoon. We had and Spa treatment in their signature Spa and it was an incredibly relaxing experience. In the morning we had really good breakfast at their resto which is in a beautiful location overlooking rice fields too. Sapulidi exceeded my expectations and made our stay an Oasis of relaxation in Ubud!

The villas are very relaxed set back from the main road in a quiet location overlooking the rice fields. The distance to town is a little too far to walk but the resort shuttle bus is handy to head in and check out Ubud. WIFI is well spread throughout the resort and although not super fast is quite reliable.

the resort was nice.. u have an own private pool and u also get a big shared pool near to the resto.. the early breakfast was a totally desaster.. the buffet food was almost empty.. so u have to ask that the refill that.
the ordered menu... the forgot bacon and some other stuff.. after i asked the waiter.. she just says its empty. so i asked if i get any kind of replacement. but she denied. very poor.
but i just stayed 1 night.. so i could accept that.
the price was very expensive.. but some spots in the resort looked very nice.

The place is amazing... But the staff is rude... The breakfast is limited and sad

A great setting for a nice get away but our room was showing its age.

The huts are build with hay in rice fields with AC rooms . Small pool in every hut. Complete privacy. Yoga centre. YogaTeacher available after free yoga session. Breakfast in open resto close to nature. Though few breakfast option but nice cooking. Pool outside. Spa available. Transportation to ubud centre shuttle service.Value for money.

We booked the king suite with private pool. When we arrived at the room (house) it was a shared pool with 2 houses. When I called the reception for clarification they told me they kept the other house empty and we had the pool for ourselfs. The resort has a strange small entrance but it is a lot bigger on the inside... (DW) The general pool is huge between the rice fields and open 24/24. It is a beautiful place. And oh yeah... don't forget your mosquito spray!

Resort with rice field view and feel like back to nature

Yes, it is cheap and quiet place. But you have to know: internet is very slow (forget about music or YouTube), better to use hotspot from the phone. Also, when we check in, room was not really clean (ecpecial toilet).

Superb getaway. Just one alley from the main road but once you get in, you'll forget the heavy traffic right away. The bathroom is gorgeous. The rice fields view from each room is soothing.

We were lucky to find a cheap offer online for a private villa with a swimming pool. It was amazing. Breakfast included was fresh and tasty.
A bathroom is outside the villa, so make course some discomfort but since it's so warm outside, it wasn't a problem.
The weird thing was a bed - it was big and beautiful, but it occurred that it consists of two separate segments, so even though it was so wide, we had to avoid the middle part which had an uncomfortable row. And wifi didn't work.

Amazing for the price. Wonderful breakfast and kind staff. Free shuttle to Ubud center.

One of the worst I've ever stayed at. Mouldy and danky rooms. Wild animals all around the lot. Staff with broken english so they just look at you when you request simple things. Half the site is being built still so it looks like a trashed construction site. Basically needs new management and a massive revamp before I'd think about staying here again.

A hotel/resort which has seen better days. Quiet and friendly but very 'Fawlty Towers'. Glad it is cheap online

Great view and quiet place.
Minus only on breakfast menu and small passage from the road
Viktor Sokolov (13/05/2016 10:35)
Very good place especially the size of the bathroom
A bit old furniture and off the city but if you can handle that would recommend

Just left Sapu Lidi and had a fantastic time. We had the grand deluxe villa at the far end of the property. We were surrounded by rice fields just being planted, and had our own private oasis within them. It is absolutely stunning.
The staff were great - all very helpful and helped us have a fantastic time in Ubud. The shuttle was a nice way to get into the heart of town and back or any stop on the way so you never felt stranded.
Would definitely recommend this spot for anyone wanting to explore Ubud but still have a spot a bit removed to relax and enjoy the serene setting.
