" My stay at Sandat was my first time glamping and an experience that I'm going to remember forever. From the moment my partner and I arrived, our luggage was taking care of whilst we checked ourselves in. The receptionist was attentive to our needs and ensured the procedure went as smooth and as swiftly as possible. We were then shown to our tent which was just incredible!
20 February 2018From the bedroom, to the bathroom, to even our own 'sexy shower', we felt like royalty. From then onwards, all our requests were met by the superb staff members. The grounds were kept in magnificent condition and the food was amazing; if you have a chance to try the chef's special 'trio of fish' I strongly recommend it - best fish I've ever had!
If ever I decide to go glamping again in Bali, I'll definitely be choosing Sandat Glamping Tents, there's no doubt about it! "

" If peace and privacy is what you are looking for then this is the place to be. To begin with located in remote paddy fields surrounded at one end and forest to an other this is perfect getaway spot form the Loud and busy Bali center. Ubud has lots to offer great shopping and good food.
04 October 2017The resort looks stunning and the staff are always around the corner with a smile and ready to help.
The pool was clean with a beautiful view and the pool side massages were awesome.
You can even order your breakfast by the pool.
One of the things that I have really enjoyed is the view from the room when u get up. Would also suggest you to go for the cycling tour that the resort has to offer.
We been here for the past 3 days and had an amazing time. Definitely one of the better places to visit.
P.S - One great thing is there is no TV 😉 "

" Even though the road leading up to the property isn't smooth, you'll immediately forget the bumpy road the moment you enter Sandat Glamping's vicinity and greeted by their friendly staff members.
13 June 2017I booked their two-story cottage called Lumbung Barong and I must say that it exceeds my expectations. The room was extremely clean with no dust, there were flowers placed on the bed, the tables, the couch and other spots which I love, the yellow lighting was perfect, and the color combination of brown, green and white gives a very cozy and homey feel.
The no-ceiling bathroom is located downstairs will make you feel like you're blending it with nature as you're showering. The sound nature around you will give you an amazing showering experience like no other. They give multiple towels in the bathroom, and their soap smells so good!
I shared a small swimming pool with 2 other cottages but I didn't get the chance to jump into the pool.
The breakfast consists of various kue-kue, granolas, yogurts, toasts, juices, fruits and cakes. They were alright but they successfully made me full! The dining area is gorgeous!
I think the only downside is that the iPod dock in the room wasn't for the latest editions of iPhones and iPods. Would be great if they could upgrade it.
But other than that, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience staying at Sandat Glamping. "

" My fiance and I had so much fun at the Tents. We stayed in the Sarong tent and were able to enjoy our own pool with complete privacy. The staff do everything possible to ensure your privacy and that you enjoy your stay. Lovely breakfast abd they also prepared one for us to takeaway the morning of our departure since we left at 5am. Would not recommend to the hotel tourist - you are 'camping' afterall. Situated in the middle of a rice paddy the nights are dark and quiet. Wifi is spotty but that just had us reading, talking and playing games. Overall amazing experience! "

" I can't say enough for Pak Tengo, Pak Made and the team at Sandat Glamping. They went out of their way to make our stay the most memorable ever.
04 July 2016We were here during the month of Ramadan and were observing the Muslim fast, and needed to have our breakfast before sunrise each morning, at 4am, each day of our stay. The chef and wait staff stayed overnight everyday just to be able to prepare our meals for us, which was really very kind of them.
They would go out of their way to organise anything at any time, for their guests - we had a massage for all 4 of us set up in the comfort of our rooms, with portable air conditioning upon request as well.
I love the views of the vast paddy fields around Sandat, and waking up to the crowing of a cockerel, which just takes you to such a happy peaceful place, far from the madness of Monkey Forest Road and all the other more "touristy" parts of Ubud.
Emanuela and Federico have done a super job setting up this "Glamp" so tastefully, from the unique bamboo structures and the trendy decor throughout the resort (I especially LOVE the ultra long table and wall of mirrors at the restaurant), and they have assembled a team of front office, housekeeping and kitchen staff well worthy of winning many, many more awards.
If you've never experienced glamping, you should give it a go here, at least once in your lifetime. It's well worth the trek. "
