1st: this is nothing like cycling. You stop every 5 minutes and its all downhill for the short time you are sitting on the bike.
2nd: TOURIST TRAP: the "coffee plantation" is one of many shops on the road that will only try to sell you Kopi Luwak. At 50'000 IDR the cup,,,, trust me THIS IS NOT Kopi Luwak.
3rd: The bikes are in horrible condition. The manager would not tell the kids on tour to take kids bike so I ended up with the last and worse one. The chain got off about 6 times before it finally made me fall (downhill of course). I got many bruises, cut my right knee open and stiffness for days.
I can not rate the breakfast as we didn't received one. (Included in price)
I can not rate lunch either because after I fell they didn't want to give me my money back so I run off with another bike. THIS ride, all by myself was much more fun and some real cycling dispite my condition. The gave my money back when they went looking for me at my hotel in Ubud. Free ride but if I knew I would rent a bike at 3$ and avoid the injury.
