This place is excellent for getting drinking water by filling your own container. Six litres cost 6000 rupiah. Less plastic bottles and the taste of the water was good.

Great place to relax, with a really nice vibe and warm staff. We enjoyed staying here and felt really at home. We'd happy visit again!

A wonderful center for balinese traditional music, dance and language. I took a private lesson of gamelan music. The teacher is a professional musician and a very good teacher. He is patient and knows about culture a lot. He is a performing musician and a music teacher for children at schools, and adults as well.

Great place for kids to learn arts, my kids learned balinese dance (Pendet) for about 1 hour and they really enjoy it.
The price is a bit high comparing to the alternatives, but the quality is worthwhile. They also have small library you can rent books from with a very cheap price.

We had an amazing gamelan music lesson, 150k idr per person including a drink and meal after is an insanely good price. We had the opportunity to try several of the instruments and then watch a rehearsal for the evening performance. This has been on my bucket list for a long time and was truly memorable (I’m a professional musician, so this is a real gem of an opportunity). Go and visit!!!

We lived in Penestanan for 2 months and bought our daughter here a couple of times each week. Lots of books to read or rent and a selection of second hand books you can buy. The cafe at the back has great food, home made cookies and the prices are very reasonable. I also did an offerings class here with a friend and we had a super lovely time. This is a great quiet spot.

Good place to buy/rent books for cheap! Cost to buy a book is around 20,000 and to rent is 2,000 a day.

Friendly family here, you can rent a book for 2000 rupiah per day, or get the monthly membership for 50,000 for unlimited rental. Book are old, at least more than 5 years old.

Took some Rindik lessons here with a very good teacher. It was fun and not costly at all. Also included in the price was lunch which was delicious.

The cafe in the back is a great haven away from the tourist buzz. Very lovely staff, atmosphere and kitchen. Highly recommend taking one of the courses with your kid, see website. Peaceful place for the true traveller

Not worthy to go and find this place
Books are too old and dirty

Ah, perpustakaan...
