Shop was impossible to find. Not sure if it is still open? Location on map doesn't match

I feel so sad and miss treated! I went to this lovely shop full of treasures on the 16th of Dec and found so many nice charms for my bracelet. There where 3 assistants there, willing to show me the Bali style ones and also the 50% discounted ones as I requested. This time I left the shop without buying anything becouse I needed time to think which two I will buy, one for Christmas and one for the memory of Bali. The prices they told me where absolutely reasonable, that is why I decided to buy two instead of one. A few days later on the 25th of december(7-8pm) I travelled back to Ubud's Pandora store, all the way back from Sideman, to buy my two charms happily. Then I was shocked by the two cheeky assistants who thought if they speak their own language between each other I will not get what they are talking about. The man who was also there on the 16th was under the counter, doing something, so he didn't see us first. I asked his colleague for the Bali charms and then for the 50% discounted ones. This lady behind the counter asked the man under "something" and said they have no items on sale... When I said that I saw them a few days ago she asked this man something again and told me one more time that they had no items like that. So I showed the girl where to find them. She realized that I knew what I was talking about, so she asked the man again, who finally came out instead of talking from under the counter. He said 'hi' as if he recognised me and asked when was I in before... (obviously when your boss was in I thought). So I got 1 tray of charms magically pulled out, with the 50% sign on, then I asked for the other one because I knew there where two from the last visit. They where already making faces and mimicking the sounds I made in my surprise, it was so cheeky but I finally got the second tray out. So I started looking at them. I asked for the price of the full price ones then for the half price ones and then came the last shock. The prices they told me were completely different than the last time. I told them that I remembered the prices from last time but they said no it was not possible So I left the shop. I am so sad to experience something like this in this beautiful island where everybody was so kind and nice. And I am so sorry about my two charms. My advice for future customers: be ready for this kind of treatment if you go in and don't let yourself to be put down by the cheeky shop assistants.
