Nice Museum to see. Normally not crowded. Entry fee is 100k IDR which includes entry only. If you want to see dance or culture programs have to buy seperate tickets. Most of their shows listed have been discontinued.

Nice museum depicting Balinese artwork from different villages and cultures, showing their various rituals, lifestyles, traditions and customs. Clean and well maintained.

Several exhibitions of various subjects concerning Balinese painting over the last century or so. Beautiful works, scattered over a lovely campus-like surrounding. Unfortunately the museumshop did not feature many of the more interesting works.

The Neka Art Museum is home to works from one of my favourite local painters, the late Arie Smit. Originally from The Netherlands and a former POW survivor, Arie is credited with founding the Young Artists movement of Penestanan. Smit influenced young Balinese artists to experiment with colour and expressive form reminiscent of 19th century Impressionism.
The Neka also houses an impressive and sizeable collection of keris or traditional Indonesian dagger.
The museum is just up the road from the Campuhan area of Ubud and across the street from the infamous Naughty Nuri's of Anthony Bourdain fame.

A good mix of contemporary art from different eras. Not as big of a collection as one might think but great place to learn the local histry and culture. Great collection o Ari Smit, the Dutch born Balinese artist - interesting story as well as great art of his was on display.

Beautiful grounds and a very nice, varied collection of Balinese art. Be warned that as of time of posting, Ubers and similar taxi apps are not allowed in Ubud

I am not the greatest fan of Balinese art but this museum delivers a real historical journey through the different styles and times. The collection of Arie Smit has some real exceptional pieces. The modern art has outstanding pieces in it which creates a wonderful balance to the 'old masters'. Maybe the founder of the museum had a few too many photos and paintings made of himself but that does not take away from the great collection he has put together.

A less visited attraction, but worth a visit if you are looking for a peaceful tranquil place to escape the traffic and people in the Kuta area, while taking in culture and fine art. The Neka Art Museum, gives a diverse display of the arts and leaves those who visit a better understanding of the local people and customs

Easily the best museum in Ubud. Gives detailed explanation about the progress Balinese art has taken with Dutch influence and the introduction of foreign paint material and supplies. A must go for art enthusiasts looking to gain knowledge on Balinese culture.

Nice museum, feels a bit deserted. It's shocking to me that a museum with a sizable and decent collection had so few visitors! Do take your time here, plan at lest 2 hours. 75K per person, counter closes at 4.30 pm, but you can leave whenever you finish browsing.

Great local place to visit to learn about Balinese and Indonesian art styles and traditions. Cheap admission helps for the somewhat dilapidated upkeep of this museum.

サレン・アグン宮殿から車５分ほど山の方に進んだところにありました。
展示している絵画は、バリに関するもので古い時代から新しい時代のものまであるので見飽きません。
センスのあるお土産（服・アクセサリー・置物、etc）を扱っている売店もありました。
飲み物の飲める休憩所もあります。

난 개인적으로 재미있게 구경했어요 미술관이 총 6개 구역으로 나눠져있고, 흥미있게 보싴다면 2시간?? 대충 둘러보면 3~40분이지 않을까??
전 거진 2시간 정도 있었어요 구경하고 잠깐쉬고 구경하고 쉬고 반복했어요 ㅎㅎ
