The place located 200 m from main road. The room is pretty large and clean with beautiful ubud vibe garden this hotel worth the money.

I did not sleeping in this house just got there for see the place where Ketut was live and about the movie ( est pray love) - i love Julia R every kind of movie! This is kinda my favourite !
The spirit of this place unfortunatle i can not feel, the son of Ketut was there he did palm reading for me! It wasnt what i really think before, it was big mess around , they was si busy to ask the money ( 300K rp) before he say hello for me! Not bad experience but not good also! I can tell i was there😁

One of the place used in 'Eat Pray Love' movie. And also where the journey of the main character begins.
But need to pay entrance ticket to see the medical man and to get him to do palm reading

DON'T GO
First of all this a tourist trap, and according to the price the quality is not there. (Room dirty, bathroom humide and falling appart , everything that you touch stays in your hand)
The palm reader (who has is suppose to be a member of Ketut liyer's from eat pray love family ) is asking you for money even before you have a chance to sit (25$). He is told me random things that he told also to the women before me. All of this over acting , over smiling .
MONEY AS BEEN STOLEN IN MY BAG IN MY ROOM. The owner didn't felt at all concern about it. She said that it was completely impossible, but like I told here this wallet with my cash did not move from the room during my stay , and as there is no safe I just hided it in my bag. So someone from there entered my room and was seeking for money found it took some (not all, hoping I will not notice) and thought I will not realize it, and don't complain about it . The owner offered to call the police knowing that they will not do anything about it and that she did not risk anything.
The garden is very beautiful , calm, the staff is nice but like in other places in Ubud.
REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE FOR MY FIRST STAY IN UBUD.

Beautiful garden, very quiet place, although it seems difficult to find a place in bali with really clean linen and towel but after understanding that it's not the end of the world you can really enjoy this paradise corner, the hot water it seems that doesn't work in the night, and thw wifi it's not very stable. The banana pancakes are a must for breakfast.

The most terrible i have try ever!
terrible! has never been so bad a place somewhere before. The toilet vas full of moisture, rot and mold and smelled, so I could not use the bathroom or toilet, and had to buy a bucket as I could pee and poo in, beside my bed. And i paid full price :-O

I went there yesterday but befoure i called to ask if ketut was there, they say yes and when i arrived there they say im sorry ketut was died 7 month ago.
The place is nice because you can go back with mind troughs the movie eat pray love but i think its very unprofessional.

Regarding palm reading. It may be a famous place, according to Julia Roberts, but experience we had is nothing more than a pep talk ("you like me" + "your are smart" etc... for 250k) May be he is experienced palm reader, but not in our experience.

nice cheap place😃one really needs to rent a scooter to get to town but for 60k it is really worth it. breackfast is better in town, unless u want eggs

ATTENTION TOURIST TRAP PALM READING! They pretend it's for free and end up charging 300,000!!! DONT GO, it's all a big scam!!

Sehr touristisch aufgezogen und überteuert. Es "behandelt" auch nur noch der Sohn, des eigentlichen Kethut Lyer aus dem Film mit Julia Roberts. Normalerweise zahlt man bei einem echten Balian (Medizinmann) gegen Spende. Es war ok.

Doesnt quite live upto expectations. MUST get the more expensive rooms. Level 2 or 3 is ideal

Beautiful place, very friendly staff. The roosters waking you up in the morning can either be a plus, or an annoyance. Breakfast is great, and over all a great tropical getaway.
