If i could i would rate Luxe with 6 stars
Exceptional cuisine that is worth the trip
The service also perfect and they are very skilled
in Bali the service is good in many restaurants but this is something else
definitly going back for more
Ps: If you cant find the location of Luxe please call them they offer a shuttle service if you nearby just dont give up when searching its worth the trip

Literally speaking, this is the best place to dine in Bali,the food is 11 out of 10, the service is just amazing. Highly recommended.

All great evenings start with a scooter ride across the rice paddys. Fantastic food with impeccable service. Worth every penny as it's a great night.

Absolutely amazing service and food. Very friendly staff and owner. Five star food. Delicious wine. They also made my partner feel super special on his 30th Birthday. Highly recommend.

The staff, service, amazing food, all of it is superb. Is not possible to get there by car, so they offer pick up/drop off service. 100% recommend.

Had the 6 course dinner + cocktail pairing here with friends. The meal was very good (contemporary take on classic Indonesian dishes) and the cocktail pairing made it all much better. Staff was excellent and the owner was extremely friendly and informative. Made an amazing night for our party.

Just finishing our stay at the Villa attached to the restaurant. We are here twice in the evening and twice during the day. Food quality, staff attentiveness is frankly brilliant. You do pay a little more but you do get what you pay for. Try the BBQ chicken which is done in a sous vide. I've never tasted chicken like it. Excellent, we will return for sure.

I am a woman in my twenties traveling by myself, a digital nomad if you like. I am not a backpacker, I like the finer things in life.
On my last day in Ubud I decided to have lunch at Solo. I was greeted with a "you alone?". After two months in Bali I am excessively sick of this question and getting that from a waiter at a restaurant that prides itself on being "Luxe" is appalling.
The restaurant was empty so this was not a restaurant planning related inquiry. Even so, there are different ways to ask, by example with a friendly smile "Will any other guests be joining you?"
This island is filled with tourists. I get that Balinese culture is different than Western culture. But surely by now they must've seen hundreds of solo travellers—and let me guarantee you: everyone gets annoyed by this.
Furthermore, no dairy free options. I actually prefer a vegan diet but definitely no vegan options other then plain salad.
So just going dairy free, I decided to order a salad with grilled chicken—because even the vegetarian burger patty had yoghurt in it.
They bring my salad without chicken and tell me to wait just a couple mins more for the chicken. 5 mins later the waiter comes back and tells me they need to cook the chicken again because it was dry.
Another 15 mins later they bring an absolutely average salad with chicken that is—you guessed it—dry.
Overexpensive and overrated. Bad experience.

Do yourself a favour and eat here.
Everything is delicious and the drive up here (as well as the view) is stunning. Staff is delightful and the owners are wonderful people.
The best restaurant in Ubud, maybe even in Bali.

excellent food quality a bit off the beaten paths of ubud downtown. come for a chilled lunch and enjoy delicious burgers at fine graded meat quality. the desserts are also mouthwatering > my pick: the choco cake with an orange twist. and the best.... it's glutenfree 😍

Best burgers in town! This cafe is part of a 5-star resort, and it's absolutely stunning; beautiful views of the rice fields all around, the service is absolutely impeccable - they've remembered my name every time I come in and are so kind and helpful, the owner (Paul) and his wife are very kind and accommodating, and their dog is adorable. It's definitely an expensive place compared to the rest of Ubud - but well worth it!

My friend and I had an outstanding meal at Luxe last evening. The atmosphere was tasteful and relaxed, the service was excellent and the food was divine. The location is lovely and definitely worth the walk through the rice fields, or call for their pick up service.
Highly recommended for any occasion !!

Great food, very nice wine, excellent service. They overcooked our burgers. My wife and I asked for medium & medium-rare, both of our burgers were cooked throughout... they were very apologetic and insisted on making us another burger. That one was also cooked throughout. Unclear why they ask... Whatever, the Australian beef and homemade buns were excellent, and a very nice experience overall. The scooter ride is really fun. Gorgeous big Ganesha altar...

Was an amazing fine dining experience. If your looking for amazing chef prepared food and 5 star service this is a winner. The scooter ride into the place was crazy fun. Had amazing wine and an 1000gram streak to share. Was able to meet the chef and owner as well, both were wonderful people.

Etwas schwierig zu finden, da es etwas abseits vom Trubel der Innenstadt ist. Der Weg lohnt sich aber! Sehr freundliches Personal, wunderschön gestaltete Räume und das Essen wirklich toll: sehr lecker und wunderschön angerichtet. Preislich für Bali recht hoch, für westliche Verhältnisse dennoch ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hingehen!
