Really friendly staff and lovely quiet hotel, right in the middle of Ubud. It's a great location as you don't need to get taxis and the afternoon tea is definitely worth going! Also try some complimentary offering making and wood carving and get to know the family of staff that manage the hotel very well! Would go again!

We stayed here for 4 nights while visiting Ubud in February, and not recommend the hotel enough. The location in the centre of ubud is fantastic, but the private chalet style rooms are set back in the private gardens, and are very quiet and tranquil. Breakfast is varied and interesting, with a range of balinese and western dishes. Just down from the restaurant is the naturally salted infinity pool, which is good for doing lengths as well as just cooling off. There are also a range of activities that the hotel can arrange for you. We did the complimentary offering making and wood carving lessons one afternoon, which were great fun. We also arranged a private tour to some of the temples, volcano, rice paddy, and a local wood carving centre, and would highly recommend this. A complimentary afternoon tea is served every day, and includes a range of of delicious local cakes, which we enjoyed every day. All of this aside, the best thing about staying here is the staff, who are hugely welcoming, friendly and helpful. That is what would bring us back again and again. Absolutely heaven! Beautiful, peaceful and natural. The most wonderful staff who treat you like family. Highly recommend.

One of my favourite destinations. The hotel, customer service was phenomenal. We thoroughly had a fantastic time @ Komaneka Resort in Monkey Forest in Bali.
Very well looked after- the personalised menu (dietary requirements taken care of), the massages, the tours were very good.
Will be visiting again soon. Highly recommend it.

My first visit to Komaneka at Monkey Forest. It was one of my favourite place to stay in Ubud. I've booked a pool villa, staff was very friendly and helpful. Great room services. Lovely breakfast. Will be back for more. Thanks

Absolutely beautiful. Incredibly impressed with the staff and the overall experience. This would be a perfect place to stay as a couple on a romantic getaway.

Not only are the rooms and the ambiance amazing here, but the staff treats you like family and are incredibly attentive. I have never had an experience with a hotel like this before. Truly amazing. Komaneka has ruined me for all hotels anywhere.

Best hotel I have ever stayed at. PERIOD. Absolute luxury in every respect. The hotel only has around 24 rooms, so the experience feels very intimate. The pool was awesome, and rarely were there other people in with us. Staff were lovely and catered for everybody. I was especially impressed that they asked whether anybody had dietary restriction at check in. I am a vegan, and they made a personalised menu just for me. Also if we needed to get around Ubud, the staff were more than happy to drive us there for free (within a certain limit). Feels like a perfect hotel for honeymooners. I highly recommend this place!

WOW,! I can only say WOW! one of the best service I have got in a hotel, absolutely everyone is fantastic, they will know your name from the very beginning. They will treat you like you were at home.

Perfect service. Perfect location. Close to center but quiet. My wife needed gluten free meal and it was considered. The only little drawback was the private pool. Cold and mostly full of leaves. The sun lounger were placed under a tree and the birds used it as a toilet. But this might be specific for our room. At a glance it is really recommendable. We enjoyed the stay

Excellent I've stayed there twice now ! We stayed the second time at the roof top villa ! It was awesome ! Great staff ! Food was excellent , beautiful lush tropical gardens . Restaurant; pool area excellent ! I recommend this wonderful resort in the heart of ubud . The massage ! spa is Devine . 👌

Fantastic location. Quiet excellent service. Drop off and pickup anywhere in near Ubud. They really do know ur name and who you are which is lovely and shows a high level of excellence. Lovely pool and bush views.
