A fun stop on a long car trip. My toddler loved trying to catch the butterflies & walking back and forth over the little bridges. So pretty to look at and quite a peaceful little experience meandering through. Glad we stopped for this one.

Fairly cheap and tons of butterflys. Beautiful flowers and a great place to take tons of photos. At the end the teach you about the butterfly life cycle. I'd go again. Great for a 30 min stop. If you can get a good photo of the blue butterfly you are very lucky. The gift shop doesn't have much change so try to bring small bills

I took my daughter to this place because she is crazy about butterflies. She did enjoy it, it was hard to get her to leave, but honestly I enjoyed it even more than her. 😂 It was fascinating to see the different stages of a butterfly's life. We spent longer there than anyone else, asking questions and even releasing newly born butterflies into the 'wild'. It's up to you, what you make of this place. You can run through it in 5 minutes or spend over an hour like we did.

Firstly, I don’t know about the butterfly park as we did not go there. This review is about their restaurant service. We were a group of 23, and arrived after the lunchtime rush (1:30) and despite our group size, we were happy to sit, order and be served separately - in essence, we were 4 tables arriving at the same time. The food is lovely and I have zero complaints about that. However, the service was terrible. Some Tables had to wait 20min for drinks. Of the 4 tables, each individual table was not served at the same time. For example: Half of my table was served at once, then one other 20min later. Then, the final table members were served over an hour after the first were served. At writing this, there are still people waiting for food....
Follow up: we managed to get 50% off our bills for the service.
Overall: if you’re part of a large group, it’s probably not best. If you’re a group of 4, that will be the optimum.

Excellent placed to view butterflies if that takes your fancy. It's well kept and maintained clean and a pleasant environment. The staff are nice but not too attentive however in the incubation hut the stuff where excellent. The 100 IDR charge was excessive in my opinion but acceptable however it does feel like the tourist is stung for their money just because they are tourists.

You can find gazillions of butterfly in this park (literally). What's more, I love the pupa rooms in the park.... you can literally see the metamorphosis of the butterflies.... plus, you get to know some interesting facts that I'd bet you'd never know if you weren't visiting this place
Highly recommended, especially for kids and families

Good place to visit if you are too interested in butterflies. However I feel it's a bit costly entry being 100000. I think a modest price would have been around 50000. Still fun to see and click photos

Well maintained park with a good walk around.. also the lovely live of watching the various growth stages as a larva and pupa and full grown butterflies.. a good variety of species... a nice break from the other standard tourist spots

Kemenuh Butterfly Park warmly and honorably welcomes you to our website and your visit to our park. With great pleasure we really invite you to enjoy the unique pleasure of watching the most beautiful, brightly colored flying insects (butterflies) in an exotic landscape of tropical blossom.

Our driver recommended that we stop here. We did not expect the 100 000 IDR price but then thought we would go and give it chance. It is really beautiful in there. The place was not so busy when we got there. I think anyone one who has a keen interest in butterflies, photography or who has kids would enjoy the place. Otherwise I feel the place is a bit small if I compare it to the butterfly park we have back home.
