There's so much to love about Bali: this lovely resort is another great reason to visit. The property is lush, quiet and secluded. The staff is outstanding in every way. The villas are luxurious and spacious. The onsite restaurant led by Chef Made and Sous Chef Torris offers a wide array of delicious choices. The spa is incredible. And the location is good. Overall, Kayumanis Ubud offers an amenity-filled experience at great value. We booked a deluxe villa with private pool for five days and arranged to have the resort's car take us from the Denpasar airport. After an hour's ride, Suri and her team warmly welcomed us "home." The villa was stunning. An outdoor living area and bathroom were comfortable during both day and evening. The king-sized four-poster bed was wonderful and set inside an air-conditioned room. We spent nearly all our time outdoors. You may have your meals served in your villa or at the restaurant. The menu ranged from traditional Indonesian and Balinese fare to Thai and Western-style. They easily accommodated our food preferences (pescatarian). The service was perfect: prompt, polite and helpful. You can arrange a car to take you into Ubud or anywhere in the area with short notice. We took advantage of several private tours offered by Kayumanis, including visits to a painting school in Keliki, a carving shop in Mas, and a batik and ikat store. We also visited several holy sites, such as the Spring Water and Elephant temples, and traveled to see Ganung Batur. The Monkey Forest was great fun! Our driver, Dira, was knowledgeable and passionate about Balinese culture. We spent a day with Chef Torris at a local market and preparing a delicious meal in our villa. Be certain to enjoy the spa. Get to know the staff, who are happy to talk about life in Bali (or to arrange a doctor if you need one!). The massage packages are truly rejuvenating. Kayumanis is an experience of a lifetime! It's difficult to imagine a resort adding more to a visit to this enchanting island than we experienced at Kayumanis Ubud. We'll be back!

Kayumanis is the best stay in all way long in Ubud.Villas are luxurious and kayumanis' hospitality is so damn kissable!!! It feels home and heaven.also food is delicious.They take special care of each individual.you are special and you will feel it.lots of love to Kayumanis.💞

One of the most beautiful resorts on this planet. Everything is high class and the staff is extremely nice. The food is great and the view from the restaurants just mesmerizing.

Beautiful place. Exotic experience with a shower booth and toilet outside. There were many insects such as ants which is inevitable. People are mostly nice but I felt a bit uncomfortable to be served by some people working in the resort smiling only with lips.

Amazing place! We went there for a dinner date. We enjoyed every bit of the dinner and drinks. Exceptional service. view of the forest was amazing too. Definitely will go there again!

Absolutely loved this hotel. My wife and I stopped as part of our honeymoon.
The private villas are massive with private pool, dining and seating areas. One thing to note is that the bathroom is outside but this added to the experience.
Breakfast was very good with a big selection.

BEST quiet, paradise in Ubud. The private pool villas are amazing. The staff is so polite, we have never been treated this way before anywhere else.

We are staying at Kayajama private apartments, which is only a 2minute walk away. We chose to go to lunch at Kayumanis and were greeted as if we were regular visitors by reception staff and shown to the restaurant. En-route we past several grounds staff who all wished us a good afternoon. We were again happily greeted by restaurant staff and given our choice of table overlooking the forest. We only ordered one main course each and one beer each. We were treated with complimentary lemon flavoured water, fresh baked bread and an entrée of chicken and cucumber, which was delicious. Our main courses then arrived and were both unbelievable in every way. A truly delightful culinary experience. The waiting staff were excellent, attentive and very professional. Meal was also reasonably priced. Would absolutely recommend for food. even looking at booking a private villa for next time we visit Bali.

Wonderful property with super friendly staffs.. experience is just fantastic! This is the second time I'm staying here.. by the way, you need to add more people on the night shift.. I practically can't get anyone even the reception..

Staff were wonderful and friendly. It was our honeymoon and upon arrival we were pleasently surprised that they had upgraded us to the honeymoon suite. This hotel and the suite was one of the most memorable of our our entire 3 week holiday.
Delicious Breakfasts. We also paid for a Romantic Dinner one night, the was they decorated our villa, was just spectacular, and beautiful music playing in the background as well.
The spa was excellent and relaxing as well. Talented technicians, and the setting by the river was really special.

Just book it and read no further. This propery is beyond fantastic! It's hard to tell what's better.. the service, the rooms... the propery...or the view. We generally stay at places like the Ritz Carlton resorts or Six Sense and this place can match, if not beat them all. We stayed in the 3 bedroom villa which is 3 separate buildings...along with a separate living room/kitchen and private pool with a killer view. The Breakfast is fantastic and you can eat in your room or at the restaurant... 24 hour butler service and room service along with high afternoon tea (more like a 4th meal) are some of the nice perks. When pulling into the resort for the first time, you'll most likely think you've make a booking mistake but once on the property chances are you'll be blown away with its beauty. The only cautionary advice is that if you have difficulty walking, this place may not be for you. The paths are all stone and uneven (which is part of the charm). Also, kids under 12 not allowed and I would say for good reason. In summary, one of the finest resorts you'll find in the area... or anywhere for that matter.

if you are going to Bali, try one of the Kayumanis Resorts (they have four) this is my most favourite. We stayed at this hotel in February 2016 for 6 days, we weren't ready for the quality and beauty of the place and the service. Everything from the room, food and place is outstanding, from the privacy and dimension of your own villa to the staff that is always eager to help. Book the Yoga on Wednesday and take full advantage of the delicious cookies which are replenished daily. The breakfast is huge and varied and in the menu by the pool there is something for everyone. Book something at the spa you won t be disappointed, or take the bike and explore the magic of Ubud. We will probably go back there!
