An absolute gem! Food was incredible and staff could not be more helpful especially with out 10 month old. Room was huge clean and well presented. Bali at its best, rice paddies all around. And best of all the air-conditioning worked.

This place is awesome, and it's the people who work there who make it such an awesome place. A small boutiquesh hotel, all rooms overlooking rice field. Authentic balinesjan feel and design, super spacious room and just a very very good energy. The service is very personal, the receptionist will treat you as your personal butler, they know your name and needs and itinerary and will do anything to make you just relaxed, happy and comfortable. Their food (breakfast ordered in the room) is seriously GOOD, delicious, plentiful and generous. Location is also IDEAL if you have a scooter, which makes it a 5 min ride to ubud town, yet a world
Away from the traffic and noise of the town. If I have to recommend some improvements I'd say: chairs in the balconies aren't comfortable (hard wood) so one doesn't enjoy sitting in the balcony for long. Also, the pool isn't of much use as it's very squeezed , would have been ideal to overlook the rice fields. Overall highly recommended !!

Amazing customer service. Fluent English speaking staff. Great proximity to both the Tegallalang rice terrace and Ubud city center. Free shuttle to main city points upon request and you're provided a cell phone to contact the resort for the transit back. Read a lot about poor Wi-Fi connection in ubud, that was not the case with Junjungan Ubud Hotel and Spa, great Wi-Fi connection was provided.
Free breakfast and free tea time (3pm - 6pm everyday) served with complimentary desert. Again I can't rave enough about the customer service- they go above and beyond to ensure your absolute satisfaction. Been to many countries, cities, towns and a ton of hotels, and have never encountered this level of customer service. Plus the rice views are amazing.

Absolutely amazing place, great quiet location just a bit outside of Central Ubud. They have a shuttle service that will take you to a few different points of Ubud. The staff is fantastic. If you are staying in Ubud, stay here!

We always come back here. Beautiful classic balinese accomadation. Peaceful and tranquil, great rooms, staff, service. Highly recommend. Hire a scooter for 50,000 rupiah a day and make the most of the peaceful location.

I arrived at reception yesterday.
Requested a room for 2 people
For 1night.
Happy to pay $54.Aus.
They asked for more than double that.
With no explanation.
Disappointed.

This is a beautiful place with friendly staff. There are lots of tours and shuttles available. The restaurant has a vast selection of delicious meals and drinks. Finally, from the perspective of Americans, everything about this place is very affordable. We highly recommend staying here to anyone interested in experiencing Bali and getting away from the cities.
