Wow, this place was amazing. We only stopped here for a lunch break. We enjoyed the stunning view and friendly service. The juices were really good and the food was delicious. It felt like little holiday on our holiday

Delicious food, healthy and unique. The views are stunning and the staff are friendly.
Although a little more pricey than the average restaurant in Bali, you are getting good quality food and the view is what you are paying for.
Book early and ask for a balcony table, you'll hear the animals and river below.
Pro tip. Between 5-7pm you get free tapas when you order a cocktail and prices are 20% cheaper, plus you get a view of the sunset.

Go to Indus if you want to taste some well done Indonesian cuisine.
Make sure you go for lunch instead of dinner if you don't want to miss a breathtaking view to the jungle.
Food was nice and very well presented. They have a wide range of drinks to choose.
Beautiful decoration inside the restaurant.
Highly recommended restaurant!

This restaurant is best during the day when u can see the amazing view. The food was ok, a little pricey for Ubud but still not expensive. I would return just to enjoy the view.

The place is nice, the food was good. The best part that I enjoyed was the live band and the social dancing that happened after the dinner.
Great atmosphere and vibe.
The view from there terrace is gorgeous and you can enjoy a valley view on Campuhan.
Recommended to try it out at least once :)

Came for the Fish special on Friday though we weren't very hungry (went early to catch happy hour). The fish was cooked to perfection! The cucumber and mint Collins cocktail was good. Very attentive staff. Great view of the volcano. Next time I'm coming hungry.

The view and atmosphere of the restaurant are superb with live music and dancing. The food was delicious- we had the tapas, squid salad, Sumatran beef curry and chargrilled beef and lots of cocktails! We absolutely loved the whole experience, thank you Indus.

So unassuming from the street.
The entrance was like a gallery with stairs that took you down to the open restaurant behind.
The cocktails and food were great and were topped off with a live band and salsa dancing and absolutely sensational views.

One of the best fine dining in Bali. They provide the modern art of local food. You should book in advance. Definetely will come back here

Really nice restaurant, good food with a great view. Nicely appointed place, not overdone. Resident geckoes are entertaining

Incredibly beautiful architecture and stunning views however the service was slow and the prices were much too high for the mediocre food and drink. Small portion sizes. Drinks weren't great. The view was the best part of the establishment. We would not return or recommend for food or drink.

Indus was a very pleasant experience. The Nasi Goreng was beautiful and very filling. The service was prompt and waiter recommended great options. The venue was beautiful and they even had salsa dancing which looked fun although I sat on the sideline.

It was kind of cool place to hang out, we were attracted by the band performance and decides to give it a try. Really great atmosphere and everyone enjoys the little dancing, if you are not a Asian. What a shame, it took 20 minutes for the waiter to deliver a glass of water, and we waited almost 30 minutes for our food during none peak hour - 9.30pm. When white customers show up 10 minutes later than us, they get the food within 15 minutes. 2 out of 5 for a Asian rating, definitely a 5 out of 5 if I am given the same level of service.

Tried an Indonesian iced tea here during one of there hosted Salsa nights (Mon and Fri 730-10pm ish) and it was tasty.
Staff seemed a bit bothered by us ordering so little.
Wendy Lo (02/01/2017 10:44)
Really beautifully decorated place and much fun on Salsa nights. The food is of good quality but more expensive than other places.

Found my new favorite Indonesian dish her: Mei Goreng! I got mine spicy with chicken, very tasty.
TJ Biddle (16/11/2016 08:34)
Salsa night is always fun! Can't speak for much of the food and drink as I haven't tried it often. Others seem to like it. Great view!
Ryan Hughes (10/09/2016 09:52)
Very good views, cosy and fantastic view!! It's a lil on the prices side but worth it...
Anna Richardson (07/09/2016 12:32)
Great views but terribly slow service and they ran out of vodka at 7.15pm so we couldn't have half the cocktails on the menu. Disappointing experience - would return for a quick drink to enjoy the view but nothing more.
Hau Bui (03/08/2016 05:02)
Great ambiance, the place grand with vaulted ceilings. The view is magnificent as well. We enjoyed our samosa, paella, and chicken. Not spectacular but still delicious.

Yum yum. Great job guys. Cheers.

Great views from the veranda. We had a set menu lunch. Good value for a nice selection of tasty (spicey) traditional local food.
Yosefine Syam (22/04/2016 07:07)
We came to Indus because of the reviews but the food was well below standard. Pasta sent back to the kitchen, potateo wedges terrible, just the crackers, service and view was nice. Don't waste your time
Sam K (09/02/2016 12:12)
Amazing view. Great food. Great hospitality. I tried their recommended food and it was great. Appies priced around 5-6 and main from 6-12 CAD. My girlfriend passed by their kitchen and it was super clean. Highly recommended.
