What an incredible experience. A fantastic ambiance and comfortable natural material furntiture adds to the company ethos of love the earth. The food is healthy, delicious and well priced. Wish we had this restaurant in Cape Town.

The Chickpea burger was not a pleasant experience the "Chickpea patty" was so soft, mash like texture and pretty tasteless. The Jerusalem wrap was better some flavour but not outstanding. Had far better food elsewhere. Expensive too. 180k. Could have been a one off but we won't be going back to find out. The shop looks good and has products I would buy☺

5 of us ordered different things and not 1 of us enjoyed our meal. Over priced and worst food we've had in all of Bali. Feels like the staff aren't properly trained. Think most of the positivite feedback is fake as the cafe is always empty with no atmosphere and terrible food. Do not recommend anyone to waste their time or money here. My 2 year old enjoyed their popcorn, least they can't stuff up popcorn I guess.

Reviewing the restaurant on the second floor. It's pricey compared with other places in Ubud. Service is fast. To drink I had the bone builder which was good, but taste like it includes some protein powder.
The veggie burger was tasty and fresh, and not dry. I would have liked some more sweet potato fries than just five of them.

Can't give this store a good rating.
Can recommend it when you want to waste your money in cold food.
Don't know if the other raters get money for the good rating or just don't know what good food is.
2. Worst food I ever had here on Bali.
Will never go there again not even when they pay me for eating there.
Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else there are awesome restaurants around. Cheaper and much better.

Nice place and some amazing vegan food.
This place is absolutely on the expensive side, but the menu is also very special and the portions are pretty big.
If you are not vegan, go there! Because the food is just very good, vegan or not, and it's something else!
Not everything is great, so I understand some of the negative reviews. Definitely don't drink coffee here and don't expect any good desserts, just go across the street to Kafe for that.
But in general the food is really an experience and the taste of many dishes is amazing. Jerusalem wrap is one of our favourites.
And ask for the sambal (spicy sauce). They make their own and it's got amazing flavour, not just heat. Good stuff!!

A calm place with good atmosphere. Friendly staff. My experience with the food were not that great tho. The tofu omelette was basically just fried blocks of tasteless tofu. The food in general is lacking flavor. I like the idea of not using a lot of salt, but therefore there should be a balanced use of spices. The rye bread that came with the omelette was weirdly wet and sticky and also not very enjoyable. Also the sweet treat that I tried (Omega Ball) was lacking taste or an nice texture. The only dish that was really good was the hummus.

What can I say - it's always a pleasure at Earth Cafe. Despite the price tag I couldn't stop going back! If I'm ever in Ubud again I'll be sure to make a visit - it's food heaven :)

The menu is huge and we could not decide on one thing to eat. Therefore we ordered the Jerusalem Mix Wrap, Papaya Salad, Pumpkin Ginger Soup and Chai Latte as well as fresh Juice and Ginger Float. The food and drinks came really quick and it was delicious. Everything was fresh and tasty, the numerous spices used made it very special. The staff was more than friendly. It was raining all night and we didn't have an umbrella so the waiter let us wait inside even though the restaurant was already closed. We would definitely recommend this place!

Excellent food and so many products to choose from (grocery, cosmetics, etc) in the shop. It's a bit pricey though especially after tax so keep that in mind ;)

Delicious food and great selection of raw, vegan, gluten free food and treats.
A bit on the pricey side especially as they then add 15% tax on top but you get what you pay for. Good quality and friendly staff. Nice shop selling food and health products.

I have been to many places but this place is by far the most outstanding place! I wished I could cook this way. I would definitely turn to a vegetarian:-) Prices are absolutely reasonable!

Very chic and artsy ambience. Good food, good portions, and they were kind enough to alter done any items for our toddler. There was also a small corner for kids to play. The cafe downstairs seemed quite interesting too!

So many options and very tasty. Love trying new places, but had to go back here twice on my holiday. Had the sushi, hotdog and a chocolate dessert. Not only are there loads of savory vegan dishes, they have plenty of desserts too. Highly recommend for vegans and veggies.

Great health food store serving a wide array of suppliments, toiletries and food items. Earth Cafe is also located right next door which is a lovely vegetarian and vegan cafe with delicious food. Paradiso cinema is also on site which shows some great movies and hosts great events!!!

The restaurant offers this great deal with Paradiso Cinema, so you basically pay 50,000 R for a movie, which gives you a ticket that is 50,000 R towards anything on the Earth Cafe Menu. It's basically a free movie in a cute little theatre. I had the Indian Dosa dish (they were out f avocado, but I wanted the big burrito) my friend had the coconut yogurt bowl. Both were pretty good. The Market is a store stocked full of healthy go-to ingredients and hard to find essentials for the healthy guru or herbivore. A little pricey but some really great items and the clothing was also very cool and good quality but a little on the expensive side.

Cool place with a small market and a restaurant in the 2nd floor. There are so many choices with reference of raw, wheat and/or gluten free and some different and refreshing combinations of food and drinks. The place has tables, little balcony and another one with pillows to sit and relax.

Amazing vegan food and juices. One of the highlights of Bali for me. We returned 3 times during a 2 day trip to Ubud. Wish the cafe area was a little bigger. The store stocks lots of vegan ingredients, skincare, snacks etc. I also appreciate how Earth cafe don't contribute heaps to Bali's trash problem, they used plant stems as straws which was a nice touch.

Lots of choices but was not impressed. Tempeh was not 'sizzled', just cold and only a small piece for the whole salad bowl. Apple pie crust was stale. I mentioned this to the staff and they did bring to rectify. Wouldn't come again if I had other options.

Love this restaurant so much. One of the beat place to get vegetarian food without getting bored. They also serve 1/2 portion and kid's menu. They have toys for the kids and you canask the staff to take care of your toddlers while you are eating there.

My first vegan burger as a meat eater and beef/chicken/fish burger amateur. I took the veggie burger with sweet potatoes fries. The taste was rich and really good. I was still hungry after eating but it didn't last more than 10 minutes (was like my belly didn't realized that I actually ate something because it's very unusual for me...).
Only problem : you have to wait ... don't be in a rush if you go there !

Earth Cafe and Market is a good stop for organic food and goods. The produce is great but the food is just alright. They could make it better. If you are after a no frills healthy feed then it's a good stop but don't expect to be amazed. The market part of the establishment is very good and has a large range of organic goods, supplements, produce, treats etc. Would I eat there again? Yes. It's just good healthy food. Just doesn't quite knock your socks off.

Quaint little place, all healthy choice food. Nice cozy spots to sit inside, and a good balcony well. Personally I find the food a bit lacking in the flavor department - needs a bit more bang! The deserts are great though!

Healthy and organic food, great service but way over priced and not that great food, many other places in Ubud that beat price, taste and quality tat are also organic , with vegetarian and have raw selections.

It's a little expensive, but I still enjoyed the food and shopping. Besides the restaurant they have clothing and a small grocery store. Would be 4 but staff was grumpy and they weren't helpful.

Very poor experience. The most overpriced place in Ubud with the lowest quality and the unfriendliest staff. As a Cafe they serve capsule coffee and dry soy milk out of the bag wich was very disappointing to see. Also the size, look and taste of the plates were not spectacular either compared to other places in Ubud.

Have been in Ubud for a month and was here yesterday for the first time..! Im so happy i stay another two months 🙈 the soft tacos are incredible and I had a maca/chocolate hot drink with cashew milk... Soooooo good!

The food is good, but not as good as Zula in Semiyak (menus are basically the same). Here the food tends to be either more bland or overcooked, especially the Pita (seems totally different from Zula, although it is already pre-made in DTE factory). Chapatti is not what you normal have for Indian cuisine, looking more like an oily fried thin pancake. However, staff is more friendly and the sitting vibe is better.

We visited the upstairs cafe every day, sometimes twice a day. Great variety on offer, always healthy and safe. We love the ethic of the owners, allows you to trust their choices and ask less questions. The desserts are the best. Prices are not cheap compared to other Ubud alternatives, but cheap compared with Australia.
The shop downstairs has a small but good selection of health products. Easily the best in Ubud (easy when you have zero competition).
