Secluded from main road, there's a nature sound and quite dense vegetation surrounding the place, makes this place more peaceful. They made their own soap, shampoo, facial cleaner, and etc. It's all organic. The massage room is quite big, there's twin massage beds and bathtubs.

Hard to relax when even the staff can't keep quiet in the other rooms, and giggle/laugh/speak loud for like 10-15min
It's the second time that I go there in 2 years, and I had the exact same issue, except that no one even asked me if I enjoyed my massage this time.
I really love the place, and I think the environment is perfect for relaxing and having a peaceful quiet moment.
Except when the voices of other guests or even from the staff cover the sounds of the nature surroundings.
The products they use are awesome too and have a great smell.
Overall, the place has a great reputation, but they should maybe keep working on their basics as a good reputation can be quick to fade away when the place doesn't respect it's own standards anymore.
The massage itself is good. Not the best. But it's part of the good ones that I had in Bali.
The therapist didn't ask me anything about the pressure, or if there are area I prefer or want to avoid, as it's standard in most of the other spas.
After 20min, she asked me if everything was fine.
The massage part felt like a bit quickly executed, without a lot of specific attention to detail. It felt like a reharsed generic massage.
And for the price they charge (275k idr for 1h30 body massage + scrub), it's usually expected to have a higher standard type of massage.
It was nice anyway.
Just not so special.
The flower bath part was really enjoyable, especially with the herbal drink they bring at this moment.
Globally, I'd expect more attention, care information for this kind of service.
Also, there is also this weird awkward moment in the beginning when they ask you to put on this black weird underwear and to remove the one you wear.
It would be nice to make the process clear upfront, and to have male sizes for those underwear, because it feels completely uncomfortable to wear as a man.
Anyway, I'd say globally that the service isn't really at the level of their reputation.
I'd still be open to try it out in a few months to see if they made any improvements.

Best facial massage, full body scrub, pedicure and couple treatment with floral bath. Outdoor massage with relaxing sounds of water fountain and birds. Helpful and friendly staff. You can have nibbles and drinks (young coconut served with lemon grass) and buy hand made organic beauty products and teas. Nice place and we came back 4x! Love it!

Absolutely wonderful massages to be had here! The therapists pay attention to detail and can read your body to get he pressure just right. Also a wonderful place to buy natural products such as soap, deodorant and organic juices and snacks.

Had some of the best massages of my life. So cheap and wonderful. Got pedicure also but wouldn't recommend that.

It was just amazing experience with great theraphist esp. a youngest woman, she has very smooth but poweful skill. Today was my second time for treatment even I actually went there yesterday for hair&facial treatment. Unforgettable spa ever! I highly recommend Cantika Zest.

Loved the place!!
I was trying to find a place that is simple, with staff that does the work with heart and attention. Nothing of that "Sunrise package," "Sunset package," "Romantic package," crab that has more to do with packaging and beautifying the image of the so-called spa. I'm glad I found this place.
It is out of the main tourist area so wheels are needed. Although decor of the place is very simple but I find it very homely and very grounded. At the reception area, facial, hair and body care products are being sold. All made organically and I think they also offers workshops for those who are interested in learning how to create their own products.
I had a traditional massage, took a shower (towel is available) followed by a facial. The masseur was an older lady (I tend to like older ladies as they are often very good), and she works with attention and care. Business is pretty good here but I don't feel like I'm just another piece of meat to be "processed." Her English wasn't very good so I would suggest that if you have a particular concern, raise it up at the reception and get it communicated before going into the room. The facial was good and the products used are very gentle (I have very sensitive skin).

Outside Ubud, surrounded by trees and nature. friendly and knowledgeable staff. Massage rooms, shower and bathtub clean. Natural products prepared directly from them with a social support project for teenagers who learn to produce creams and oils with local raw materials! a wonderful experience.

I came a first time for a hair treatment. I really enjoyed the treatment itself but as you receive it in the same place of the reception, it's very noisy. The therapists talk to each other very loudly, without even try to whisper. It's like you are not here. Even your therapist, while she is doing the treatment on you listen, laugh and participate to their conversation. You feel like you shouldn't be here. It's really unpleasant to feel that she is not focus on you and all the noice and talk around you are not relaxing. I came a second time to give one more chance because I liked the treatment and the result on my hair.
Same experience with the noice but this time the treatment was not very good, it was not the same therapist, the massage was poor, she was focusing on what was happening outside or conversation and I left with very oily hair, I had to wash them again when I arrived home. (The first time my hair were perfect)
I complain about the noice, share that I didn't enjoy and relax at all because of that, that they should do the treatment somewhere else or at least whisper when they have client. They didn't care at all, they didn't offer any compensation. Seems that they don't really care about their client.
I left angry and disappointed.

I can't praise this place enough! I had the most amazing facial here nearly 2 weeks ago, with a very competent lady, who's name I unfortunately don't remember. The whole procedure was great from start til the end including both the facial itself and the massage that was given while the mask was working. The benches/beds were very comfortable and the surroundings pretty with the beautiful Bali flora right at your feet. My skin still feels softer and "satisfied" here two weeks after.
I also had a really great experience with the Hair treatment! Again... my hair still feels softer and nourished here two weeks after. The use of products straight from the garden really satisfied me.
I didn't have a massage here myself, but my husband did, and he said it was the best he had during our stay in Bali.
I am really sad that I didn't try this place until my last day in Ubud! If I ever come back I will probably only have my treatments/pampering at Cantika Zest.

Best Spa in Ubud .. so beautiful place ..and products are made by them with organic herbs plant and flowers.. the owner is so sweet balinese woman with professional knowledge in natural products. Trust me this is the only one place in bali you can find high healthy treatment.

Beautiful jungly setting, but average spa services. I would recommend the mani pedi, but definitely do not get nail polish with it.

It was just alright. I guess it is all depend on who you meet for the massage. I wouldn't make an extra effort to get there.

Fantastic full body massage. Gteat location and loved the sounds of being outside but still private. No need for ambient spa soundtrack, its provided by nature. Will be back for another massage and treatment before we leave Ubud. Highly recommended.
