Nice ride thought the rice fields and hidden parts of Ubud. My travel mate and me had a really nice experience with our local guide. Good option if you like another kind of tourism :) thanks!

You'll get a nice experience cycling through Ubud ricefields and villages. They include a good breakfast with stunning mountain view and nice lunch with a variety of Balinese food. A short visit to a luwak coffee plantation is pretty decent (I don't consider this as a tourist trap, as I pretty much enjoyed the variety of drinks provided, and ended up buying some herb tea instead). Special kudos to Agus and Kadek who were informative and fun enough during the cycling tour. Well done!

We can easily say this has been one of our highlights of the trip. The staff were fabulous and Nano could answer every question (loved his sense of humour). The trek took us to great places and because we are interested in nature Nano told us all about the flora and fauna. We rode the streets, drove through rice fields ( and got to join in with harvest), visited a ancient Banyan tree and much more. At the end, the meal was so delicious. The food was fresh, tasty and very local! Thanks for a great day. The kids loved it too!

Very friendly guides, good bicycles, good food, quite a lot to see within one day. Very good value for money!

It was a nice Mt Batur sunrise hike, the van picked on time, all the people and Guides were helpful. Breakfast and Snacks on the mountain top were good, then we had great Hot springs bath. It is the most economical if you are solo traveler. Only lunch was not that nice, too cold. Will definitely recommend.

This is my 2nd trip with Eco Bike Tours and it was just as much fun as the first. You get picked up from your resort and driven high into the hills in Ubud. You first have an amazing breakfast over looking the volcano and lake. And then it's off to grab your bike and away you ride. The tour is fully organised and you get a knowledgable guide who is both informative and fun. It's all down hill so a low level of fitness is needed. The lunch at the end of the ride is amazing. Small child bikes and tandem bikes are available. $40USD is well worth the experience. 👍🌴

We really enjoyed our cycling tour with our Bali Eco Cycling guide Eggy. Eggy was good fun with a seemingly inexhaustible supply of "dad" jokes. The riding is very easy, almost entirely down hill and on roads with very little traffic.
The breakfast at Mount Batur was average, but the location was spectacular. The coffee plantation stop was your typical tourist trap, but no one is forcing you to spend money, and it is interesting to see the various fruit and spice trees.

This tour is not recommended. We left our Villa at 8am, driving via various mandatory touri$t stops (viewpoint, a inedible breakfast, plus the one hour at a classic tourist trap coffee plantation) before finally getting on our bicycles over THREE HOURS after departure from the hotel.
The cycle itself was lovely but I suggest you seek out a different company or private guide who can have you on the bikes efficiently without wasting your precious holiday time looking at coffee beans when you want to be either cycling or relaxing by the pool.
