Waited for more than an hour for pick up. Not only this, they asked me to go somewhere to wait for the car after waited for an hour. I didn't know Ubud well enough to say yes to this request and then the company blamed me for being late because I didn't obey to their request. They were supposed to pick me up from my hostel but because they were late waiting for another customer for an hour (this is just plain stupid and lack of time management and organization) so they wanted me to wait outside on the street for the car (no information of the car - license plate, etc). This company is unorganized and lack of time management. I would not recommend this to my friends and family.
The biking tour is fine. I was expecting more stops on the way to take pictures, but we just kept on biking and made two stops instead (probably because they were an hour behind schedule? not too sure..)

We had an amazing downhill cycling tour! Right from the pickup, to the visit to the coffee plant and the downhill cycling, it was a great experience. The bikes are in good condition. The ride is long , but only a small stretch is tiring. The views in the route are superb. We even had a 50 year old lady in our group and she managed to keep up with us. The lunch at the end is also quite delicious. Must do activity in Bali!

We did the Downhill Cycling Tour and it was great, but I'll start with a few suggestions.
The quotes 400,000 IDR for one adult from Ubud, but the travel agency said she could get sell it to us for 350,000. But at our hotel they sold it to us for 250,000. I'm not sure how the pricing works, so definitely shop around. It was for the exact same tour with the exact same company.
"Breakfast" was served after 11:00 and it was a small omelette or small pancake. Definitely eat a good breakfast before you go. Lunch was served at 2:30 at the end of the trip. It's buffet style and vegan friendly (including both tofu and tempe).
We got one small bottle of water at the start of the bike trip, and no other water or fruit along the way, as the brochure states, so bring extra water.
The trip to the rice terraces is just a short, but beautiful, stop along the side of the highway for a quick picture, and the coffee plantation is also a short visit with taste tests of sugary beverages.
The bike supplied were mountain bikes with front suspension and really hard seats! You are basically coasting all the way down the mountain. The ride is not strenuous, but it's also not overly comfortable. The guide stops along the way to give information about the town, a temple, and rice production. Our guide was friendly, helpful and spoke excellent English. There are only two big hills to ride up, which are so steep that everyone has to walk. If you are unable to walk, they can take you in the van.
It was a fun trip, and yes I was sore at the end. I recommend it if you are keen to cycle.

The tour was nice for the most part.
We had a bit of a crazy driver who sped through the streets. One of the other customers went to sit at the front with him so she could ask him to slow down.
We stopped at the rice fields quickly and coffee plantation for a tour before our 'light' breakfast so I was starving by the time we ate. I wasn't crazy about the stop at the coffee plantation either as I had already been to one.
The view at breakfast was amazing but unfortunately the food was quite disappointing. Dry and small sized pancakes and omelette.
Lunch buffet was good.
The bike ride was nice except for the extreme up hills (only 2), the rest was all downhill. The bikes were oldoing and not in the best shape - gears did not work.
Visit to family temple was nice but a bit long.
By the end I felt cautious of everything being a money grab for tourists.

We enjoyed the cycling, it was well organized as there was a guide at the front and another at the back. When we came to a junction, the guide at the back would come to the front to stop cars and let us go through safely.
They also provided a van and spare bikes all the way in case of emergency or break down.
Few downfalls are that the bikes were not at their best conditions as the bike changed gears by itself, it was fine to ride downhill but it wasn't great when it was uphill.
Also, there is no enough legroom at the front row of passenger seats in the van. I am 5ft 4, I had to twist my feet on the way up and back to my hotel. We were stuck in traffic, by the time we were back, my feet numb.
