The place is rather hard to find but the scenery is great and the food is good the steak and pasta tasted delicious the dessert is good enough
Ps my phone camera is lacking so that the best I can take

The place that we can see another view of Surabaya from the top of D'Soematra building. Located in the centre of Surabaya. IMHO, the food was standard with their high price and we always wait for a long time for it. Should improve the taste.
