I used their service once after their long hibernating the travel for quite sometimes.
I was the passenger during that time (couple months back) from Surabaya to Solo.
Departed from Arjuna at 7pm then went to their branch at Bungurasih and the waiting time at Bungurasih was pretty long ard 30 mnts and the journey to Solo not fast enough than I thought (7pm -11.45) and the driver was too chatty to share his experience and so on till I felt inconvenient and uncomfortable. I may decided not to use their service except in urgency.
Train is better, faster and more convenient somehow.

One of the best courier service or even one of the most popular bus operator in Indonesia.. tried to send a motorcycle and bicycle with ease and cheaper than others
This place, easy to be seen from the main street.. they got toilets and waiting seats around the office but unfortunately this office is not a pick up/drop off location for bus travel.. they only did a courier service here
