Very very very dissapointed, will never come back to miracle
You really need to train your cashier team to show the bill to customer before pay, if you just say the price and give the bill after the payment then you are cheating your customer. The orange short hair cashier lady is very unpolite, she doesnt care about what i asked something i dont feel right.
I went to miracle with my friend and he spent 900.000 and me 740.000 so its about 1.6 million, i asked her to make a new member and she said cant because i need to spent 1.5 in a same name. Are you stupid? The bill is clearly paid for two person in a bill which was total about 1.5 million after discount.
And the worst one was my 15% voucher used seperately, they are smart and successfully cheating me. because she puts my voucher to the cheapest price without asking me or even showed me the invoice, so they didnt give me so much discount. You did well miracle, but im not coming back with your management like this.
I just dont understand why she make the name seperated while it wrote in the same paper and paid in the same card.
