disini tongkrongan saya dan teman-teman dari palembang. sepertinya disini tongkrongan umat anak muda surabaya paling favorit karena selalu rame meski udah hampir pukul 12 malam. Mungkin karena lokasinya yang berseberangan dengan tunjungan plaza

McDonald Basuki Rahmat is located in the front of Tunjungan Plaza mall. A cozy place to visit.

It is to be expected, since it's located on the center of the city, the place is so crowded at night, so the service I got wasn't really nice, the first floor is air conditioned and comfortable enough, but the second floor isn't air conditioned and suffocating, it feels warm and a bit smelly. The cashier is clumsy and feels hurrying the service (because of the crowds), if you really want a place to stay and get comfy to talk with friends, I wouldn't really suggest this mcdonalds

Always crowded because this place is at the center of Surabaya City

The food taste good. Prefer buy this via drive thru. They charged the car park by hour now. Dirty restroom and no tissue there.

It's a nice place. But unfortunately, i have to give 3 stars because the fries i oredered on the breakfast time is already not fresh. And the ice lemon tea also same.

Great place to hangout with friends. But really crowded. There is possibility that you will not found any chair to seat at rush hour or lunch/dinner hour

They serve better, as they start to realize the queue line is over capacity...they directly open a new line to reduce the queue line

Always busy non-stop. I repeated my order 3 or 4 times because the cashier kept on interrupting me to suggest other items I don't want, didn't pay attention to what i was saying, noisyness in the restaurant and interruptions by others (not in line) asking questions. Kids screaming and yelling. Mom's talking and yelling at their kids. If you like peace and quiet, don't go here.

This fast food restaurant is in front of Tunjungan Plaza. It is really crowded in weekend. Open for 24 hours.

It opens 24 hours but the queue was really long! It took almost 30 minutes to order food here even though it was an fast food restaurant. So many people hang out at there and you probably won't get an empty table there.

This is one menu from 80+ menu in McDonalds in Basuki Rahmat. It usually called "Paket Hemat" because we can get 2 rice and 2 softdrink with ice cream for only Rp40,000. With ppn Rp44,404,-

Excellent McDonald. There are seats with nearest plugs. 1 seat each. This needs more, though. Also with the McCafe. Very comfortable.
