Cosy rooms. Good views of Surabaya City. Helpful staff and reception. Checkin at 14:00hrs. You may have to wait if you arrive early. Good complimentary breakfast.

Nice, clean and strategic location. Near from highway entrance. Receptionist is not so friendly.

Classy apartment and hotel with classy restaurant for special event like candle light dinner, birthday party, engagement. Located on the main road so it's easy to spot, there is also a basement parking lot and valet parking service.

The hotel offers a complete package. It is located in a fairly peaceful area and close to the shopping center. Access to anywhere is easy. The interior design of the hotel, facilities and services are also very good. And the wifi speed is great 😁

Nice view, delicious breakfast, and strong wifi. Its really good place to stay, especially for long stay. I have been here for more than 3 weeks with my expat and there's no complain. Thanks paragon for the hospitality.

Nice place to visit, food was very nice at the cafe, best place for relax at the Citilite especially 4pm - 5pm which you can see the city of Surabaya, after dinner you can pick some cakes or bread for special doscount at the Cakery for take away... yummy...

Apartments and skyscraper hotels in south Surabaya. The design is modern, sleek and twin towers. It features a rooftop pool and café. In the cafe you can enjoy the night while looking at the landscape of Surabaya city from the sky.

Okay place with everything you need. The rooftop restaurant is oklah but the live-music is terrible..

A good strategic location.
Breakfast is so-so, don't have good restaurant to inside.
However if you can settle for less facilities, its quite ok

We book one twin room and one king size room, they said they can upgrade us to apartment with two same room with kitchen etc for free, I don't recomend you to do this because the apartment isn't cozy, the lighting quite bad, and the ac... man!! I put the ac on 18* and didn't use the blanket all night coz it's freaking warm. They should repair the ac.but overall, not bad, maybe will come back again but not gonna upgrade. Oh! And the hotel is very near ciputra world shopping mall.

Not the most modern apartments. No ice buckets, no utensils , no pots and pans etc. lift door sensors don't work so watch your hand . Good Indonesian breakfast. Friendly staff.

Wonderful stay
Spent three nights there with my wife, staying at the business floor. Just wonderful. Excellent rooms, warm service, great food. Especially want to mention the splendid business floor lounge staff, and the view from the lounge. The roof resto was also excellent, great for both food and an evening drink. Highly recommended.

Quite good hotel. Have been here before for friend's birthday party. The popular spot is the Citilites, glamorous restaurant located on the rooftop of the hotel
