Good hotel in the central of Surabaya. Near Gubeng train station and easy access to mall.
The room is clean and their food is delicious.

Cozy place to stay, modern and simple looks. Nice and friendly person will welcomes you anytime with white hair, clean rooms . Love the background behind the bed. Nice.

Definitely wanna go back to this place. The room is clean, comfort, the staff are nice, but as my second visit in here, i notice that the breakfast wasn't served as much as my first stay in this hotel months ago.

Nice staff ya ramah...kamar okee luas dan bantal ya banyak...tmpt mkan minimalis...dan kecil tp masih standrt neo lahh...rasa ya so..so...harga nyaman dikantong...tankkks buat sm y yg ramah.....😁

Single bed is sooo large. I like everything about the room. Except there is no kettle lol. But they provide the coffee. Could ask hair dryer.. praying mat and iron too.. staff is very good.

I came here for the buffet. Not recommended. The quality of the food & ingredients is not good. It is only few selection of the buffet menu. Some of the air conditioner is broken so it's hot in there.

- Friendly staffs
- Good sleep, comfortable bed
- Free wifi with average speed connection
- 1 bottles of mineral water, tea, coffee with electric kettle in room
- Located near city center
- Breakfast at 6AM, various menus with good taste
- LED TV with various channels
- Room for solo travelers are available
Cons:
- Stains on bed linen
- Must leave 50k for room deposit

It's always a pleasant experiences to stay at Neo Gubeng. The price is very affordable, the staff are friendly, the hotel is nice and neat, and the location is very good. For future improvement, I think the food quality (sometimes the fried rice was already hard) and the TV Satellite connection (last time I stay, I can only watch HBO, the other channels had 'No Signal' sign) could be better. Overall is great, looking forward to come back again.

I have been stayed at some neo hotels all over Indonesia, and this stayed at Neo hotel surabaya was the WORST. the breakfast was really very BAD. I had a breakfast at 7 am which it's morning time that supposed the food was still complete. The menu that available was only a rice, tempe, tahu, and vegetable. the fried tofu (tahu) seems like a fish but ITS NOT. it's a tofu. The protein source was only from tempe and tofu. REALLY NEO ? I wont ever visit the neo hotel surabaya again and I will tell all my business colleague about this. Well, this hotel absolutely will bring disadvantages for another neo hotel all over Indonesia since this hotel brought bad impression for visitor that stayed over here.

Wow, its time to stay in Neo Hotel Surabaya. First impression, the staff was friendly and helpful, when i check-in and request king-size bed, thay are giving it for me. Also restaurant and laundry service having an excelent services. After check-in, the time to looking the rooms. Very quiet, make me enjoy and comfort. Overall, recommended for you. Here, all make easy, when you need help, just contacted the staff and fast respones. Will comeback again when i have a trip to Surabaya

Hotel cukup nyaman, dekat dari stasiun, ada layanan massage nya, housekeeping nya tanggap. Pelayanan ramah, recomend banget hotelnya. Banyak taksi di depan hotel jadi klo kemana mna gampang.
