It is the second time i eat @Holycow TKP Surabaya Kertajaya...
The service of all the crew always suck...
All the crews seems to ignore the coming costumer... They let us waiting for some times without any respect to us...
If Holycow does not trained the crews to value the costumer and really mean of the costumer service then I bet Holycow will soon lose its loyal costumers and moving to another 🤔

Best steak in town. My fovourite is beef steak with medium well. The place very comfi and good services. Really recommend place if you want big and delicious steak.

quite pricey. but overall worth the price. i ordered 2 steaks. you'd be better off with medium well cooked steak. the place is quite nice. very casual styled. the service is okay. no complaints whatsoever. parking lot is also good. so you can come anytime and you'll get a seat even for 5 to 10 people.
sometime there's promo on their social media accounts. so better researching for them first
