Very big electronic and appliances showroom with so many products on display.
There are plenty of staff to help you and aftersales service is quiet good.
Please ensure every information is right when buying from Hartono because sometimes the information between sales officer and cashier are different, especially regarding bonuses or promotion programs.

A**hole Sales they left me standing waiting for my TV to be brought out i've paid already and still have to wait for one and a half hour ,customer care doesnt really does anything, Dont buy here! bad service

Spacious building with good variety of electronics choices. There's also ATM available in front of it in case you needed. Staff are helpful but can be annoying enough when you're just looking around.
