I stayed 1 night in this hotel for attending my cousin's wedding.
Offerall experience this is a nice place to stay.
All staffs are helpful.
A lot of street food during your day (I don't know if you're staying during Eid Mubarak, maybe they were closed). Breakfast menu were varied
Small swimming pool, may be not suitable for family with babies.

Very nice hotel near the downtown area. It's behind Taman Bungkul. They have microwave in each room. The TV is installed quite far from the bed due to the spacious room, but it is OK. The room rate is also very friendly. Breakfast with lots of choices but mostly Indonesian menu. The main course taste waa so so at that time, but others were nice. Recommended.

All the amenities in room are satisfactory, need to renew the electricity as hair dryer when it's shake it can't work.
The food for breakfast is not as variative and few things already empty when people take breakfast at a time when people eat rather late, but still breakfast hours.

The hotel is located in front of the Taman Bungkul where there are many Surabaya food vendors around it. On Sunday morning will be more crowded because there are car free day events, and will be more snack vendors around the park. The hotel service is excellent. The rooms and facilities of the hotel are also very good. It is advisable to make a reservation before visiting, to ensure the availability of hotel rooms.

Best value for money! Hotel is almost always fully booked. Room is very spacious. Cleanliness is well maintained. The cleaning lady even threw away used shower cap that I kept for another day, and prepared a new one. Breakfast is just fine. Many choices but lack of taste. No worries, check many street food stalls at taman Bungkul just across the street. Overall it was a good hotel experience, will be back one day.

The room has an odour of the former guest, the floor mat was dirty; twin beds with 1 toothbrush so thought that may be housekeeper's mistake but the same on the next day; 1 toothbrush per room!? Turned to hot water for 5 minutes and water still not heat up, no changes when turn to hot water or cold water. Complimatory mini bar is just two tea bags with two bottles of mineral water.
But the front desk is very warm and friendly.

This hotel is identically with Taman Bungkul... I ask to my friend about recommended hotel near to green area space in city centre of Surabaya. He recommend the Grand Darmo Hotel, because he actually gathering with his friend and family in Taman Bungkul in afternoon.
If you looking place for lunch or dinner, you can find "pedagang kaki lima" surrounding Grand Darmo area.
Fantastic experience could stayed in Grand Darmo...

The hotel was good but the service was not satisfying. We arrive at 3 but still cannot check in right away. We waited for more than half an hour until we decided to leave for meal and came later in the evening. Also the bellboy and room service is very slow. The pool is not clean, too much debris seen on the bottom. But the decoration of the restaurant and the room was great, also strategic location in the southern of sby.

Room is cozy. It's quite vast, clean, and has good decorations. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The location is next to Bungkul Park where you can jog. As for breakfast they served Indonesian food. Laundry service was so so though. Fitness center and pool available.

If you are going to spend your new year's night in surabaya this is one of the most enjoyable place to stay. The view from the windows is absolutely georgeus, you can't forget every momment spent. But one major draw back is the restaurant, it is to crowded in peak season i cant have a place to sit in there.

if you need your body see while you shower, you can stay at this hotel, this bathroom look transparant outside
i order everything like glass or other always twice and long time to wait
i plan stay 2 night and must short cause it's not comfort to stay
wifi oke surounding area until room, speed oke for browsing and all items are normal

The room is big, had minibars and microwaves. It's very convenience. Location okay, if you have car then it will be great. Breakfast should be improved. There are a lot of food stalls outside the hotel specially at night and weekend as it's only opposite the Taman Bungkul, one of the attraction in Surabaya for local people to hang around.
