Bad shower arrangement, bad mattress, poor for the food at breakfast. Menyesal menginap disini, i could get much more better experience at other with price like this

One of budget hotel in Surabaya which have rooftop cafe in beaty view.
Any private room, little pool and also quite taste food.
It is located in the middle of Surabaya city. You may access it in the corner of Jl. Jawa or Jl. Raya Gubeng. Strategic and near from several resto/cafe/bakery outlet.

I stay at G-suites hotel for 1 night. I get friendly service and clean and comfortable rooms. The water in the shower flowed smoothly and there was hot and cold water available. The hotel prepares clean towels, glasses for gargling, mineral water, coffee, sugar, creamer and tea complete with water heater. Refrigerator condition is good, phone also works well, hanger that can be directly used and plastic for laundry place. Laundry service is also very satisfactory.
Unfortunately, TV can not be changed channel. We called the hotel operator for help. The hotel operator delivered will immediately help us. However until we checked out of the hotel g-suites, we had not gotten help from the hotel so we could not enjoy the tv show from the room. Toothbrushes, hotel slippers are prepared for just one person, whereas we are made up of 2 adults and 1 toddler.
i suggest to hotel management, please make play ground for children to play considering there are many guests who bring children to stay at hotel. Also, please keep the above event from being repeated.

The place, is good... Easily seen from main road. The room quite nice and tidy... Too bad the tv display channel wasn't good. The food is so-so. The pool is good with nice city-scape, with somewhat bad pool services.

Just an okay budget hotel at centre of surabaya. Its clean. But the room is too budgety style

Cheap price, good location, acceptable breakfast. Bad side is AC is not working very well and the small pool has very high chlorine level

For the price its a really nice place, there is a small swimming pool on the roof, location is central, beds are comfortable, bathrooms clean.

Very nice looking pool and sauna but very small and awkwardly placed next to a bar. Room is small but comfortable bed

Great 3 stars hotel. Combining businesses and entertainment for the service. Small room, but cozy place with a city view. The place near city center.

Service was good. We asked for no smoking room but there is still a lingering cigarette smell in the room. The bathroom and room was not as big as we expected because we have been to another hotel with the same price range and serve quality but we got a bigger room and bathroom that this . Overall it was okay.

The room is clean, the food is good and most of all, we really love the way all the employees treated the guests: they smile, greet us and help in anyway they can. Among all of the 3-stars hotel we've visited, this hotel clearly has the best service.
