Four star hotel with nice facilities as swimming pool...spa...massage...gym...free valet....free shuttel seevice to Tunjungan Plasa..... and good location at city center of surabaya.....

Best place to chill out in Surabaya.. small but clean room, pools for kids are available, and relatively cheap for a 🌟🌟🌟🌟 hotel..

This Hotel room is comfy, the room service is good, the breakfast is delicious.
I went here in February 2018, i checked in at night due to delayed flight.
When i did the check in, the reception is NOT FRIENDLY AND GRUMPY!
I don’t remember his name but he is really not a good reception.
Definitely on March i will stay at this hotel again, maybe i can remember his name!
I like this Hotel, because it is clean, cozy but please the staff is not FRIENDLY!

Worst experience...no Fitness room available cos the machines are out of order since 10 days according to the staff of the hotel.
I ve resrrved this hotel especially for Fitness...but they LIED....fradulent postinfs in their site
Never ever will j recommend this hotel to none.

It's Really a Clean, Classy, Value and Hygienic Place to stay. Don't forget to book with Breakfast. Variety of options they had for Breakfast Buffet. Services are outstanding.

car park here is terrible. the access road to car park very narrow and my car have to go back and forth when turn into the parking lot. not recommend to bring your own car here and park in the hotel parking lot

Its located in the middle of surabaya so its near to a lot of places like Tunjungan Plaza. The room design is unique and the prize is affordable.

Rooms quite ok, they replenish and clean every day. Minibar at the room was free. But hallways need to be lightened and cleaned. Meeting room service and attendant was unsatisfactory.

Located in the CBD of Surabaya, short distance to the biggest mall, Tunjungan Plaza. Overall good service and place.
The rooms just need a bit more lighting and a bit more information about location of each facility :)

Spa was horrible, it was inside a public toilet, with a door when open it is a bed where they do spa.
Gym equipment was in extreme poor condition, dumb bells are not properly taken care of, cables for machines are snapped and not replaced.
Level 3 restaurant atmosphere was pretty horrible, playing songs of religion which is on replay. Food wasn't kept warm and mostly are pretty hard to chew especially for older people.
Apart from that everything's just okay

First time I have activities at this hotel. I don't like it for the first step. The parking lots not really easy to take. The basement so smell and looks like they don't care about this. The food not good at all and too noise at night when I have dinner at restaurant. When we want to go to the meeting room we ask the room boy through receptionist until 3 times and we have it. So its no good for me.

Smallish hotel but cozy and comfortable. Rooms are a bit smaller compared to "standard" hotel rooms.
There's a buffet restaurant on 3rd floor.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner reservation is very recommended in this hotel.. they serve chinese and indonesian buffet with nice taste, very good price and good service...
Valet service is available for free, so give nice tips for the valet driver..

Bad:
- Complication about Payment (must IDR) , no fix info at the first check in. Be a problem at almost check out time. (I am really mad coz of the warning were not delivered to me well)
- Housekeeping didn't do their job properly, no arrangement for guest's stuff in long stay term.
- Some staffs were less smile.
- Not complete brochures in my room, i have to call food outside of hotel coz of disappointed about food.
- Not good order taker to pick up my laundry, although sign is needed but hotel can call me whenever they need. Fast laundry outside, than give my laundry back.
- Night shift old Male front officer didn't give a greeting and give a mad face to me (just in 1 night of 11 days)
Good:
- Fast phone operator.
- Clean room.
- Good safety system.
- Swiming pool and Gym is fair.
- The best part of this hotel is i love the dishes and beverages. 4 stars for FnB service and product (Too bad i was disappointed in the first week about foodlist brochure,i should use hotel's service at very first if i knew)
- Some staffs smile full.
So sorry,
I won't go back here again.

Strategic location. Unfortunately no parking space was available that time. All spaces are for valet service only. My driver had to park the car a bit far from the hotel.
