My parents like it, the room is nice and there is a lot of open area inside the hotel.. the breakfast also nice... we enjoy it.

Very good services, nice hospitality, delicious and variously food, large and clean room. They have a large swimming pool for kids and adults.

I like the service of Santika Hotel in Bangka Belitung. The response of the officer is so responsive and i feel the kindness of the officer when serve me. The food is good and it's recommended place to stay near Pangkalpinang.

Lift to small, already check in but no towel ready at room, and the smell of room its not good, because i'm book for no smoking room, but it's smell like smoking room

3star because doesnt have standard for cleaning floor compare to santika jakarta, but its okay

5 stars location near Siloam hospital, Hypermart, Giant, Masterpiece karaoke, and Simply Fresh Laundry. It's about 10 minutes to Depati Amir airport. Very recomended for your business trip. But 3 stars for room facilities, services, and hospitality.

Good location: near hospital, supermarkets, Banks, laundry, etc. Swimming pool, gym, breakfast, welcome drink, and nice small garden view. Room is ok, though service could be better especially for newly checked in guests. Overall satisfied with my stay

Comfy place, warm hospitality. This is the 3rd times i stayed at santika but the dishes wasnt good like before 😕

Nice hotel. The staffs are friendly, but I think that it needs improvement, especially in cleanliness. It's not that dirty, but not that clean too. But the hotel's design is pretty cool with tropical ambience. Surely will visit another time. The breakfast is also great with many choices of food. What's good about this, its near 2 hypermarkets and Siloam Hospitals.

Good enough to stay the night, close to the airport, but the key they provided for quests is so unreliable, it has to be recharged even after we had breakfast..

very friendly customer service, and room is decent. but i wish the common rooms are neater and cleaner. its not dirty, but its not clean enough.
