I've been interact with Interlook as a partner with Mr. Wandi and Mr. Ammar directly, and they are really a good partner to work with. Broad knowledge about Interior Design and Production, also Civil Construction, has always been a strong point for Interlook. Also service operations are well structured, make it easier for user experience to achieve. every milestones, from start until the project is complete.

Penetapan timeline kerja tidak direncanakan dan diperhitungkan dengan matang.
Ketika sibuk dengan acara atau proyek lain, pengerjaan jadi tertunda.
Tidak tepat waktu.
Terjadi keterlambatan tanpa adanya konfirmasi. Selalu harus di hubungi dahulu, tidak ada usaha dan inisiatif untuk memberikan informasi baik secara perkembangan pengerjaan design maupun jika terjadi keterlambatan.
Tidak tepat janji. Dan waktu pengerjaan tidak sesuai dengan SPK.
Sehingga saya memutuskan untuk membatalkan sekepakatan kerja.
Mohon perbaiki lagi kinerjanya.
