I regulary come here for reflexology or body massage. They have a great service and great place. I love the smell of the place and the ambience. The reflexology space is huge, u can see people around you in the dark. It becomes noisy when someone's talking, but the staffs are really nice to tell them to lower the voice. Overall i love this place, and u can collect point with the member card, and get free reflexology!

One of the best massage parlour in Bandung. The brand is equivalent with good quality. The service is never disappointing, though you may meet a chatty masseur - which I personally avoid. There are five choices of oil scent that make your experience getting more personalized. The ambience is chill with low-light and Balinese music. Since it is popular aming tourists and citizen, the queue is quite long in afternoon. Better make a reservation before.

I joined as member of Zen since 5 years ago and zen Sukajadi is the first place for me to experience the service. I always happy with the services and never regret as Zen Customer.
The best thing from zen is when you are receiving same standard everywhere you have treatment and it awesome.

The best place to pamper yourself ! Their therapists are professional and well trained, so you can enjoy every treatment.
My favourite treatment here is Balinese massage, it can relief your muscle pain and makes you more relax.
The ambience itself is perfect, a relaxing music and scent of aromatheraphy will perfecting your time here.
The place is also clean and safety, each customer will have own locker to keep our stuff secure during the treatment.
It’s really a great place to rejuvenate yourself.

Good service, good massage, and worth the price. The parking area is quite big compared to other Zens. Smells super mint-y it pokes your nose so bad the second you stepped in the entrance. Spare shorts (for massage session) and sandals are available for free. The shower area is also clean, and the masseuses are so damn nice.

They cheated my massage time from 90 minutes to probably an effective 60 minutes... And my couple just realized I may hv been cheated for all time...

Still my favorite spa & massage. They're professional, no "plus plus" service, and they give you a very comfortable massage. Plus, it's quite cheap for a place with such quality

This spa is well designed and managed to create the right environment and experience. The reflexology space is great. I had 2 traditional massages here. The first was excellent the second was quite good. It is always hard to maintain complete consistency with the messages; but they do a pretty good job here. Definitely recommend it and would go again.

I already book for full body massage 2hours for 3person in Zen Sukajadi at that day because a week ago we redeemed 90points from Telkomsel for extra 30mins free for 3 person. When we arrived, place a little bit crowded because today is Sunday. I met the cashier and told her about my appointment and show her the redemption sms, but she said that the point must be redeemed on the same day, then I said why? They said that's the regulation. I still didn't get it, since in the telkomsel poin website doesn't mention that the point must be redeemed on the same day, it only explains about how to redeem the point. I explained it all to the supervisor and ask for exception since I already redeemed 90points and I don't want it to be wasted. But still, the supervisor said it can't, it must be redeemed on the same day. He just kept saying that again and again without any explanation.
They supposed to be give more details about promotion to avoid customer disappointment or at least give another option rather than just let us walk away. Will never come back again to this place.

It's the best family spa in Bandung with the comfortable place and good massage.
There are several kind of the massages like foot reflexology, body massage, boreh massage that good for 'masuk angin', etc.

First of all, the lady receptionist staff kinda lie to me that they don't have women therapist because i want to change from foot rexlexiology to back and shoulder massage. After that, i am willingly to continue on foot reflexiology for 1,5hours. I started at 8.55pm and then i finished at 10.00pm, i was confused that i have paid for 1,5hours. Well, i am lucky that the supervisor was there and returned the money. Over all, the foot massage was just ok, ordinary, but i got a really bad experience with the service. Not going back there.
