Long wait, boring experience, because of very slow service...and small parking lot.
Prepare to waste a lot of time here, to take care of everything...every service speed very slow here. Money is relative, but time is absolutely slow here.
When I first came here and was told to wait at IGD Room, the nurses neglected me for over an hour...although I keep asking several times when they will bring me go to my room. After 4 time asking, finally they bring me up to my room, why I have to ask them until 4 times just to enter my room?
The next day I called nurses to have my breakfast, and I waited for more than 1 hour to get it done...I don't know why everything so slow here.
And then The Endoscopy Machine broken just when I was about to enter the operation room...just my luck. I have to go back here again when they already purchased and installed a new Endoscopy Machine. I really hesitated to come here again.

In my experience, this hospital is "almost" being called as the best one in town. The doctors are friendly and very professional, the medical facility overall is very good. Nurses, i think it's 4/5. As long as i was hospitalized, i've been treated very well by the staffs.
But one thing, the room service was so far from the international category. The toilet has no air freshener till i bought one by myself. And the room was very hot eventhough there was an air conditioner as well. Lack of maintenance i guess. Well the parking lot and the space for a car to pick up a patient in the central lobby need to be more wider.
But i still rate 5 for the hospital for saving my life. Thankyou💞

I have a bad experience with doctor daniel he s doctor orthopedi , if you had a problem and you needs surgery, but you're bpjs patient he wont reccomend you to get the surgery so materialistic , he only think about the provits

Based on my experience, if it is not because of the doctors, this hospital might have been left by the consumers. Starting from the unadequate manners of the parking staffs, some nurses, very hot parking lot, the air conditioners in lots of rooms do not works properly, long waiting (ex; for pharmacy, we have to wait for more than 45 minutes or so) the old lift the maintenance seems rarely done. Overall the doctors are excellent, the hospital facilities? It is suck

I have to admit that this hospital has the best doctor in general surgery. But I also have to say that its service (admission/registration/post surgery service) and parking lot are VERY disappointing and need lots of improvement. Shower in the bathroom (2nd class) were broken and could not be used. I am not sure if this hospital care about building maintenance..

In my experience, it has excelent service in some area but still need to improve in the personels training. It is a hospital, Smile and Quick Responds should be the first. but what I experience is there are some nurses who are not really friendly to patients and their families. It doesn't mean that none of them are friendly enough, but In my opinion the unfriendly nurses and staff give the hospitals a bad name.
For the equipments, the toilets need to be renewable.

Hospital service ok, for surgery this hospital is very recommendend, but last day, I visited in 2017 maybe on July until Oct I've got unfriendly nurse service from class III.
And bad service for IGD.
I mean not very bad maybe its like late responding.
I have experience in 2016, nurse, doctors, all service is very very exelent...
I hope this hospital more better than this year..

Pelayanan yg di berikan bagus, dokter sangat ramah dan alat alat lengkap hanya saja beberapa faktor seperti perawat masih harus beberapa yg di training lagi :) tp for overall i think is recomended hospital :)

Very expensive teeth scaling. 15 minutes work for 1,125,000 rupia.!!!
After scaling of my poor papuan friend's teeth for 15minutes, i shocked the price they collected.
I usually do scaling in thailand only 150,000 or 300,000 rupia with a very new comfortable facilities. Unbelievable high price with old facilities. I hope this is not rip off from poor people.

BAD SERVICE!
Begini kronologinya, mamih lagi diare+muntah2, langsung dilarikanlah ke UGD, setelah gue parkir, bikin EMOSI! Nyokab gue lagi lemes2 ditolak IGD suruh ke dokter umum, alesannya penuh IGD 😡 gimana sih mau suruh nyokab gue sampe pingsan ngantri dokter umum? Sangat amat parah pelayanannya, super gak rekomended! Langsunglah gue ke rumah sakit tetangga RM Bedah M****** , oke2 aja disini dilayanin, gagal paham ama RS Santosa 😑😑😑
