A smaller place as compared to jl. Sudirman dealer/office.
This is where I normally send my Mitsibishi vehicle for all routine checks and repairs.
This area is morely conentrated on small vehicles/cars to sell, and services/repair, due to space/area limitations.
Most facilities are good enough for visitors - potential costumers/buyers people who are waiting for their car for servicing/repair. It's mostly clean and tidy.
Most staffs are very friendly and polite.
Just wondering why the availability of spare-parts on stock for cars is not as complete as the Sudirman branch.
I had my car's shock-absorber has need to be replaced, and but no available spare-parts on stock.
I tried to called most other Mitsubishi dealers in Bandung - and also had NO shock-absorber on stock.
With my final & desperate attemp, I tried to call their Sudirman branch - and they had been confirmed that they had the parts on stock. .... So, then I feel very confused and thought it's very strange that both dealers which are under the same commercial name or umbrella may not coordinating to each other properly?
I didn't check the Sudirman branch right-away for the spare-parts availability, after the Adulrahman Saleh branch confirmed had no available parts, as I assumed that both should be working with the same level of spare-part stock data - but very strange, it's not.
