" I'd have to say the in-store service is quite good. Although they could be more knowledgeable, they are quite kind and tries to be helpful.

However their delivery contractor is horrendous. I was told my items would arrive on Monday. On that day they called me to say that they would be late and would have to push the delivery by one day. On Tuesday, of course they didn't come and they didn't let me know until I had to call them. They assured me installation would be done by Wednesday which is today and the items hasn't even arrived yet. I called them up and even they were confused as their database still says that today is the installation date.

Note to potential customers: They don't do same day installation. It's always done the day after delivery.

I would advise you to make absolutely sure and get some assurances on the delivery. If you're a busy person you shouldn't have to be dealing with tasks like this. "
