A nice place to chill and escape from the city. The food quite good and the staff are friendly. The sand bath spa and pool facilities need extra ticket though.

Nice resort with hot spring pool. Free for hotel visitors with terms. Need to pay extra ticket for extra person. The pool is open for public also with ticket of Rp.50.000/person. The cottages are nice and comfortable enough but a bit pricey compare to other resort nearby

The food is good and value for money. Do find tables on the upper storey or beside the window to enjoy the view.
The have huge bird cage, but mostly filled with domestic birds (not exotic ones).
I guess the hotel/bungalow is wonderful for family. They have play ground, hot spring pool, sand bath and maze.
The only thing that disappoint me is that there is an entrance fee although we are eating in the resto. I paid IDR 70k for 3 pax and parking.

The place is nice and got great view. But you'll have to pay even for entering the sites only. There's a huge birds cafe dome for everyone to see. Food is tasty, and you better take the seat near open space or window to enjoy the meals with view

One of the hotel's recommendations in Ciwidey. You can choose to stay in a cottage or hotel. It's just that some rooms or cottages are not soundproof, because there is a door that connects to the next room. Of course this is very disturbing for someone who wants more privacy. Overall the most okay facilities are the warm water pool, the kids would love to play in this pool. For breakfast the flavors and menu need much improvement.

The best hotel ever I stay surrounding Ciwidey area. Playing Ground, Bird Cage / Park and Hot Water ( Spring ) is this bonuses for your family to stay. The breakfast menu is too standard and not delicious.

Quaint, beautiful. Relatively affordable. A bit lacking in food. Decent swimming pool. The beautiful sights and bird enclosure more than makes up for it.

Good place for relaxing.. but kids pool had a cold water, adult pool had a warm water that getting more warm at night, it's only 1M deep so a kids can also enjoy it

Came here for office gathering and that was nice. Upscale Place, and many Good spots for photo. There's many camping places too.. For swimming pool, the water is so cold (not suitable because ciwidey's weather cold too) and for hot spring, in my opinion, is not too hot.. just warm.. i prefer hot water than warm water because the weather.... Overall good, really enjoyed this place..

Good place with good view and facilities. Kinda expensive but it's good for a short gateway. Easy to reach. Can be reach by public transportation. I had a really great time here!!!

Masuk ke sini H+6 lebaran th 2017. Scr keseluruhan Fasilitas baik. Namun dari sisi keamanan, menurut petugas parkir sering terjadi kehilangan helm, jd pengunjung diharuskan menitipkan helmnya dgn biaya 5 rb.

The receptionis staff was not good, when i was reserved the room, she told me that already full booked, but when I told got info from the security that had empty room, than she offer me a room, the last room. When I went to check-in the room, she change the room that I was booked. I think THE STAFF IN THIS PLACE IS NOT HONEST ....

The hotspring is not so warm. The view is beautiful. The air is fresh. I like the artificial volcano in this place. It makes me feel like not in Ciwidey. The place is not crowded unlike other hotsprings.

I've never stayed in this hotel before. This is my first time went playing in the water park with my kids and friends. I've found that restaurant staff in Ciwidey are really honest. I lost my wallet and the staff found and keep it for me. I'm really blessed to that staff. Thank you Ciwidey Resort Valley! You've born the great and excellece staff.. GBU all

*kamar mandi utk air hangat mandi air terlalu panas anak sy sampe teriak krn kepansan bisa bikin melepuh kulit hati2! 😔😔 enaknya sih kalo di tmpt dingin gini ada bath tubnya sayang dgn harga segini fasilitas kamar masih banyak yg kurang😳
*pertama check in tisu toilet blm terpasang
*keset dikamar hanya 1 request minta diganti krn basah bgt sampe check out gak ada respon sama skali👎
*tidak ada lemari hanya gantungan saja dgn 2 hanger (terlalu minim)
*2 single bed ( untungnya kasur bisa di gabung krn kami berlima 2 dewasa 9th,4th&2th 🙌 untung cukup krn badan kami kecil2 hehehe..tidak ada extra bed utk tipe ini)
*teko pemanas air sulit utk dipasang di bagian manapun akhir nya sy memasak air hangat utk mnm di kamar mandi dgn bantuan gelas+tissue gulung supaya letak teko bisa sampai pada listrik😓😓

Utk view sangat recomendeed di ciwidey semakin ke daerah atas semakin memanjakan mata krn semua masi asri bnyk pepohonan udara sejuk banget klo dilembang udh terlalu ramai..hehe..dan berpolusi

This resort is selling lies, please don't come here
They claimed that this place is a 'hot spring' resort which we think is natural hot water from the mountains like in ciater.. But the fact is, it's a lie the management of the hotel is telling us since the beginning.. The hot water here is NOT naturally hot. It is heated by a large boiler hidden inside the artificial volcano seen from the main pool.. When visitors aren't that much (for example, fasting month) don't expect hot water because they use less firewood to boil the water (a hotel staff told me these 'hidden truth')
Don't expect good service here.. this hotel has the worst service.. It's very disappointing for us. The waiters of the restaurant aren't polite, very rude, and isn't friendly at all.. service is also super slow.. All they think about is earning money from us and didn't even think about our satisfaction.. Breakfast meals are way worse.. We stayed at a Family camp for 4 people, but ironically we only get breakfast coupons for 2 people and we are insisted to pay for 2 more adults.. So unhappy with the waiter "forcing" us to pay.. Food is very limited (no fruits, no cereals, no fresh milk, no egg station for omelletes) and tastes horrible.. And surprisingly, for this low quality breakfast, children above 2 yrs old are also charged..
We stayed at this pathetic resort for a night at the camping ground and throughout our stay, we heard 3-4 guests complaints about their disappointing stay.. Mostly are guests from Jakarta who came from far away to Ciwidey thinking they could relax in the hot natural spring water.. But all they got is just heated water which is not even close to their expectation.. They should probably change the name "hot spring" into "fake hot spring" or just simply "hot water pool"
And lastly, an honest hotel staff told me that they were trained to lie to guests by the manager about all of this.. This is mind-blowing! A hotel designed to make money from lies.. If you come here, the reception will tell you that "the pool is closed at 9 PM because the water needs to be drained because of the iron...." but it's all lies and the truth is, it's not drained.. They lied about that because at night the air is so cold, even when the boiler is set to max power, it still cannot heat the water..
Please spread this word to everyone that wants to go here to avoid people fall into this trap.. I recommend people to go to Ciater at Lembang if they want real hot spring water (Sariater resort for example)

The place is great. The food is mediocre, they allow people smoking in the entire restaurant even with childrens present. WTF is that! The swimming pool are dirty. They only cleans the surface regularly, but not the bottom. Mold and mosh are plenty and making it slippery. Especially the children swimming pool. The big warm swimming pool are nice. The service and facilities are good.

This is the most recent recreational and hotel in Ciwidey, the food at restaurant are okay but you can find better food in other restaurant.
The plus side is they have great water park and kids will enjoy in there.
