I needed a new screen for my rather old iPad Air (3 years old), not only did they still have the spare-part on stock, but they told me exactly how much the part and the repair will cost.
And they fixed it the same day!
They kept all their promises and even gave me a discount on a new Case.
The work was done clean and professional.

Really recommended Apple store in the middle of kuta,beside selling iPhone and apple products they also receive service for damaged or broken apple product with friendly and satisfying service..Respect

Worst fixing ever, if I could give 0 stars that would be by score.. My macbook didn't start, brought it there. After 3 days I got it back and they only cleaned it and told me it was a hardware problem (the 3 day cleaning service costed me 1.000.000 Rupiah). After 1,5 day it was broken again so I brought it back, this time there was no one speaking English so I had to use google translate to make the guy understand. Then it took another 3 days for cleaning service, again a "hardware problem". It took only 1 day to not start again. They fixed my problem temporarly 2 times, I don't have a doubt that they'll temporarly fix it again, but I'm not going to find out.

Good place for apple product, i bought Macbook pro from here. Staff are very nice and helpful. Good services and many event for fan-apple. They have many sessions talking about Apple product and guiding new things for new users. Some product apply AI programming and we can come and have experience with this.

I'd give zero stars if I could. All that was done was literally a reset on my iPhone 5s after it was kept there--- specifically asking for a backup and a fix. I also mentioned that if it was not possible, I wish to be informed so I can bring it to an actual expert who has experience, will treat this case properly and LISTENS to the customers. While I brought a phone which had corrupted data, I received a phone with NO DATA AT ALL. A similar case an acquaintance of mine has experienced the same issue and had the same results. Frankly speaking -- and I am not even exaggerating -- all that was done to my phone is an update I didn't ask for and an ENTIRE factory reset.
Regarding the service while I was there, the problem was treated as if the solution was simple, without any form of analysis. The employees only did a 'reset all settings' without even asking, deleted numerous apps (without asking at first, too), and didn't really listen to the issues and persisted that it was a matter of storage without investigation. Now, every bit of data is lost (3 years worth), and the reset was done without my confirmation and permission. No alternative solutions was offered. To say I am devastated and disappointed is an understatement. Yes, an apology has been received but that can't restore the lost data, can't it? Very unprofessional and disappointing, this issue could have been avoided if the employees had better approach.
