This hotel was at the beginning of our trip. BIG MISTAKE. We are afraid everything after it is just going to be a massive disappointment.
Every detail was carefully thought out and presented in a way that could only make you feel welcomed.
Majority of other 5 star properties seems and feels like 3 stars after this experience.

Everything about this hotel was absolutely fantastic - from the hotel staff, the food, the rooms, etc. My husband and I had a wonderful time and loved everything about this hotel. It was the best service I’ve ever experienced... and the location is pretty amazing as well! We will definitely be back!

Amazing resort! If you want to get away and escape with beautiful pool, beaches, food, and service, this is the place to go. The staff is friendly and attentive, be prepared to be pampered. The fire show is pretty awesome too.

Another beautiful St. Regis. Staff was very nice in setting up a special dinner. They really went out of the way to make the night so remarkable and memorable. The property is beautiful and feels so exclusive. With their top notch butler service you'll feel pampered. Great relaxing getaway hotel.

One of the best breakfast so far in Bali. You really must try the breakfast at least once i. Your lifetime guys. Worth the price. Love it

My wife and I stayed 5 days at the St Regis in late February. Our room was spacious and had a wonderful view of the ocean. From the moment we arrived, it seemed that every staff member knew our names and were all remarkably attentive. Our meals were superlative and the wait staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. Nothing was rushed. Two of the waiters, Yoga and Moor, both highly personable and genuine, truly added to our experience of the hotel and of Bali. The only downside: the access to the large salt water pool (mostly behind the private villas)was very unclear and awkward.

Amazing resort with incredibly friendly and professional staff. I was highly impressed by how great the overall service level was. The hotel has multiple pools, great restaurants and big, clean and convenient rooms. The St. Regis absolutely saved my holiday after a less than pleasant experience at an other property in nusa dua before. Will return for sure.

This place is amazing and I love the blue lagoon pool. The staff is incredible as it always is for a St. Regis. The rooms here are some of the nicest that I have ever seen.
It's pricey but's so worth it if you go to Bali. I will be back!

Great beach hotel with a great pool. Amazing staff who go above and beyond to make it an amazing stay. Def five star experience.

From the moment we unboarded our plane at the airport, our experience at the St. Regis Bali was extraordinary. My husband and I chose this resort for our honeymoon, and we were not disappointed. We were completely blown away by the beauty, the peacefulness, and of course the hospitality. After the stress of planning a big wedding, the St. Regis was just the escape we needed.

We stayed in a beach front Strand Villa, and it was beyond perfect. The views of the beach from your giant, comfy bed are unparalleled. The bathroom includes a luxurious soaking tub- which was filled with rose petals spelling "I love U" when we arrived. The walk in closet was perfect for unpacking all of our luggage- which, by the way, the butler service will help you with if you like.

In the hot, humid weather our private plunge pool was the perfect reprieve. The water is constantly the perfect temperature. We spent each afternoon floating in the pool for hours, followed by relaxing in the shade of the backyard pagoda.

The food here is unbelievable. We ate at each of the restaurants located on the resort and let me just say this- you will never have an empty glass nor an empty plate nor an empty stomach! The service is superb, with great care and attention taken. We were always welcomed by name with a sincere welcoming smile.

I could go on for ages raving about what a fantastic time we had. Just know that if you choose to visit this resort, you will not be disappointed!

Krystyna Kwiecien (04/09/2017 14:35)
This is our most favorite hotel in the world and honestly, the best one to date.

Suites, villas and service always excellent. They have the most congenial team and whenever you would ask for something the request will be follow promptly in no time.
What we also liked about St Regis it never felt crowded. There were always beach chairs available, and there was never a wait for breakfast.

The property itself is immaculate and gorgeous, laid out beautifully and really built around guest privacy. Even when resort is full it's never feels crowded.

Both the villas and suites are stunning with local Balinese architecture and materials...large, very well equipped, private, very stylish and with excellent finish.

The entire staff is incredibly warm and very professional running like a clock and we always felt like the resort's most important guests!
Breakfasts are a big deal to us and it is absolutely a meal to look forward to here...huge, gorgeous buffet with plenty of options, you won't be disappointed. Overall the food and drinks quality superb in every restaurant, more expensive than in local places, but quality will be uncomparable…
When staying in the suite you will be close to lobby and breakfast.
Strand villa gives you direct access to the beach.
Lagoon villas linked to lagoon pool
And Gardenia villas provide total privacy.
But whatever you choose you certainly won't be disappointed.

Worst hotel I ever stayed .... So many things were not working in the villa we stayed, in the spa aquatic pool and the locker... maintenance of this property is unexpectedly very bad... especially for hotel who once was the best hotel resort in Asia ... it's not really worth to pay such a high price with terrible hotel maintenance. Save the money for other hotel... will definitely not coming back.... In fact feel regret to stay here as it was my first time to try this hotel ... however the staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Brian Lam (21/08/2017 07:59)
An amazing hotel with exceptional service quality and facilities (large main pool by the beach, salt water lagoon and many quiet spots to relax around the hotel grounds) . Perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff are extremely friendly, and willing to go the extra mile. Highly recommended!

What a wonderful villa..
What a beautiful resort..
What a lovely place to stay..
The ST. REGIS BALI Resort
I should start with the reception great welcome from the time we check in until good bye not just in reception its every where you walk.

Our reservations is 2 bedrooms i don't know how to describe it but maybe a word of wonderful villa could be enough with some pictures.

Including the villa private swimming pool with also a huge public salt poll deep 1.3m

The breakfast is good with multi choice of food as you like nice sitting arrangement table.

The beach and the beach yah beautiful to stay with sun shine and enjoy your moments
The services and food very excellent at the beach.

Location some small shops around the resort but for sure will not need to get out.

SPA you should try it.

Of course recommended resort to stay or visit.

Amazing hotel. Facilities are top notch. Staff is incredibly attentive. Beautiful location. We'll definitely continue coming back to stay here.

Kieran LeP (20/06/2017 04:35)
Utterly decadent and luxurious. One of the finest hotel complexes in all of Bali. Staff are simply amazing too.

Nirmala Trisna (05/06/2017 00:20)
A huge upscale resort. The security guys were nice. However, as we were meeting a client here and ordered piccolo latte, the coffee was horrible. The barista was definitely not well-trained to make good coffee.

Cristian D'ONOFRIO (02/06/2017 03:19)
Fantastic Hotel / One (if not) best breakfast buffet on island. Staff very friendly and attentive

devaditya singh Chandrawat (24/04/2017 08:32)
Kick back and relax at this luxurious Balinese beach hotel, where butlers are on hand to tend to your every need and the ocean is just inches from your villa. One of the most luxurious hotels in Bali, the St Regis is the only one with private villas, and it’s also one of the island’s most romantic hotels – there’s even a chapel on site. It can be found on one of the most beautiful beaches, and with no resorts either side, privacy is guaranteed, which is perfect for your secluded beach wedding dreams! There’s a large water sports centre and diving trips can also be arranged, but if you fancy something less taxing, chill out at the butterfly-themed Remède Spa, where floating walkways connect the treatment rooms and you can enjoy a post-treatment snooze in a tented cabana. Bliss.

My wife and I had the most wonderful stay in a Gardenia Villa during our honeymoon this past week (best combination for beauty, central location, and privacy).

On August 26th we were married in Philadelphia and two days later started our 30+ hour trip to Bali. We originally booked a 5 day stay at the St. Regis with plans to travel to Singapore next. After the first two days, we loved the resort and staff so much that we decided to cancel our trip to Singapore and extended our stay through today, Monday September 5th.

Everything about the resort is beautiful and well-kept and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. The villa we stayed in was immaculate and house keeping was always surprising us with sweet notes, clean sheets/towels, and a honeymoon rose petal bath. Each restaurant was also absolutely delicious and world-class. Particularly, the included breakfast every morning at Boneka was jaw dropping in terms of service, international gourmet selection, and local dishes.

Most importantly, there are a few people in particular who really made our experience wonderful and I am sure would do the same for you:

-Eka Wira at Boneka and Dulong, he made us feel so welcome and made the most perfect host anytime we saw him. Each day we looked forward to seeing Eka.
-Bagus, Antina, Wira, Dewa, Eta, Era, Wayhu, Dias, and Januhadi at Boneka
-Ayu (Concierge)
-the entire spa staff
-Monica at King Cole Bar
-Bartenders at Kayaputi
-the hosts of private chapel dinners

Having high tea here is a relaxing experience; just enjoying the live piano music and attentive service while having little bites.

No doubt of being the best Villa and SPA in Bali. Very good and must have breakfast buffet !!! Always kind and good mannered people here. Beach, swimming pool, facilities are all awesome.

WICK G. (09/02/2017 23:45)
One of the top hotels we stayed in. It is expensive but great. The Strand Villa is costly but has direct access to the beach, butler service and a private swimming pool. We noticed that some parts of the villa needed maintenance which unfortunately seems to be common in south Asian hotels. Overall, the room, living area, bathrooms and the pool area were all clean. The outside garden was well tendered. A server was always there to bring us bottled water and drinks whenever we stepped onto the beach. This beach is unusually empty, even though it is not a private beach. We tried the two large pools: the fresh water and the salt water. They were both clean and mostly empty of guests in a November month. We had coconut water at the bar in one of the pools. The coconut water was tasty but not as great as the king coconut you find in Sri Lanka - now that gets the prize. The service is great.

We never went out side of the hotel except to the nearest shopping are to buy souvenirs and was ripped off for transport on the return trip. Our advice it to arrange a two-way trip with a driver at the hotel. And make sure the driver waits for you at the mall. This is not the hotel's fault.

Team incredible, service 10 points, food really good.
Two weeks in Bali and today we discover the best hotel in the island.
Really congratulations for all the nice people who works there. The director can be happy about all his team!!!.
Famstastic just a excellent experience!!

Absolutely beautiful. Service was particularly friendly and attentive, especially Carlos, chief butler, who went the extra mile to ensure our stay was incredible. The grounds are vast, many private nooks to relax and even at peak hours of the day, the private beach and pool areas were never crowded. Highly recommended.

The best thing you can do with your trip to Nusa Dua is stay here! Absolutely incredible experience, ive never rated a hotel so highly. Not a single negative about staying here. Two clean onsite pools and just a 4 minute walk from the beach. Suite and Villa rooms are incredibly clean and classy.

My husband and I went here on our honeymoon in March 2016, cashing in much of our savings and many hotel points along the way. We shopped for destinations for MONTHS and ultimately chose the St. Regis Bali for a 10 day stay. We absolutely LOVED our time there and I may or may not have cried on the way back to the airport. Clearly, this property is well-reviewed, but a few highlights that bear mentioning:

1) The brunch is not just "excellent," the brunch is so incredible I think it would have been worth paying what we paid just for the brunch. Allow yourself to be seduced by the decadent lobster omelette, but also give the Indonesian breakfast food a try. I once had 7 cuisines during one meal - it was my heaven!

2) Turndown service! They play soft jazz piano, turn down all the lights to the perfect level, lay out slippers and robes for you, and leave you nice notes with serene quotes. I saved ALL the notes and slippers and, sometimes after a hard day, try to replicate the St. Regis turndown service at home. It doesn't work, unfortunately, but it brings back happy memories.

3) The beach staff were wonderful. They were able to prepare beach stations with customized details (like we requested that our station have two towels for each of us and cold water waiting around 10 AM each morning). Of all the staff (and there are A LOT), we interacted the most with the beach staff, and they really made our stay spectacular.

4) The butlers were kind and generous. I had never had butler service before this trip, and if you'd asked me about the concept before the trip, I would have been skeptical. But the butlers at the St. Regis are more wise confidantes than they are servers. They gave great advice when we wanted to eat outside the resort, they helped us figure out what weird bug bites we had, and they generally made our trip special at every turn. I realized that what separates St. Regis butlers from other great staff at classy hotels is that they ANTICIPATE guests' needs rather than FULFILL guest requests. For example, they delivered aloe to the room when they saw me walking around sunburned and they offered to unpack when we arrived exhausted. As far as I can tell, their job is to figure out what guests want before they realize they want it. And they are really good at their job!

5) Other than the brunch, the food is not spectacular. It's worth eating at the resort a few times because the food is definitely still good and the ambiance is incredible. But otherwise, there are such amazing food options on the island, I'd eat elsewhere most evenings.

6) The tour company right inside the hotel is fantastic. We had an absolutely lovely two days with our guide. We wanted to do some odd things (like see a factory, courtesy of my manufacturing engineer father) and he made it happen. Plus, the guide was interesting, personable, fun, and knowledgeable. Alas, I have desperately tried to remember his name but cannot - it's been too long and I never wrote it down. But he has a son that got into college to study computer science and chose to be a bartender instead (which led to an interesting conversation with him about the incentives to enter tourism in a place like Bali).

While I did not stay here, my brother had his wedding here. I must commend the people and the villas looked fantastic. The head butler actually came to help my brother tie his bow tie after others couldn't do it, and stayed for the wedding.

One of the top hotel brands on Bali. Everything is top notch. Sunday brunches are divine. The deli serves lunch and snacks all day and prices are okay for this level of quality and service

I thought I was being too adventurous bringing a 3 month old baby on a trip to Bali but I badly needed a retreat. St Regis made the trip unforgettable from the moment we landed, we saw the staff at St Regis greeting us with smiles and welcoming us to Paradise. We were then whisked off to The St Regis Bali Resort with the staff greeting me by my name. Talk about top notch service.

There was so much to do in The St Regis Bali, I put all my plans on hold to explore Bali because I took 3 days to slowly explore the vast premises of The St Regis Bali. We had Afternoon Tea at King Cole Bar, the daily Epicurean breakfast at Boneka and caught the sunset at the private beach. I love the breakfast at Boneka as the staff came by with the food while we tend to the baby. You must try their Lobster Omelette and Blueberry Smoothie!

Why I love the St Regis Hotels is because of their St Regis Butler Service. Our Butler was so attentive and offered many options when we wanted to head out for lunch. He understood that a baby needed water for milk and brought along a whole carton of water for us. He came by regularly as I needed to sterilise my bottles and we enjoyed our daily morning cup of latte with warm cookies served by the Butler.

For some personal mummy time, I tried the Javanese Healing and Aqua Vitale at Remede Spa, leaving me very refreshed and recharged to take care of my baby. I even took the opportunity to book a babysitter so I can do a session of Private Yoga in the comforts of my spacious suite.

I'm definitely making it a St Regis Family Traditions to bring my baby back again so she can enjoy the Children Learning Centre where they can learn how to play Balinese Music or wander around the playground.

This is truly a great respite after being a new mom (I never thought I could travel so quickly but it was a breeze thanks to everyone at The St Regis Bali especially their Butlers) and I was happy to celebrate my baby's 3rd month there at The St Regis Bali. We will be back!

Luxury hotel and service

Absolute luxury, superb food, especially breakfast and incredibly attentive staff. The beach views are incredible and the butler service is attentive.

This is the best address

Very disappointed with how my partner and I were spoken too and treated at a recent encounter at St Regis Bali.
not impressed with the service that it just made the experience very off putting. I was hoping to have my wedding here, needless to say that I will not be having fun it hear now. The even more disappointing part of the stay is that I work in Travel, and always recommend clients to stay here.
