Stayed here and the hotel offer plenty free activities such as sunset yoga, tonic herbal drink making class, fruits craving, mixology class, you wont feel boted during your stay here. Only the beach wasnt suitable to swim.

The Ritz Carlton is paradise. Everything about it is first class. The staff are all exceptional. The food, facilities and location just perfect. Will be going back for another 10 days.

5☆ hotel it is not. No swim up bar...you have to promt the staff for things when it comes to their service...it seems like the hotel needs a maintenance plan...etc etc. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Nothing I can say will aptly describe the beauty of this hotel, and staying in this hotel. The airport arrival chaos from all transport entrepreneurs following us made me promise I was never coming back to Bali. But the Ritz immediately changed my mind. Besides, those guys at the airport are just trying to make a living!

We stayed here using Marriott points for two nights of our 3 week Bali family vacation. The atmosphere was great, pool staff was amazing, very attentive and helpful and the property is well maintained. The overall restaurant choices are adequate. We sampled all except the Japanese restaurant. Service was slow to receive food, but we were on vacation so we didn’t mind. Rooms were amazing, and the thought put into the design of the lagoons out the back door of the bottom level was top notch. Ritz kids play area was well maintained. staff was very friendly and knew my kids names within 5 minutes. Unfortunately the last night after an amazing dinner with fireworks and music, two of my family members were afflicted by food poisoning. We spent the remainder of our time the next morning dealing with this issue. The front office staff to include the manager was very keen on making an “investigation”. But after two rounds of questioning I could tell they were actually keen on blaming it on anything but their hotel. They refused to believe it was food poisoning, and repeatedly tried to blame on anything else. “Maybe too much sun”. Maybe “citrus drink and milk”. I had to repeat about 6 times that I thought it was something they ate. The front office staff refused to listen. We checked in on 31 December at 12pm and never left the property. The incident was early morning of 2 Jan. Needless to say, with two sick family members, and a hotel staff that seems only keen on covering their image, I decided it’s not time to fight about who’s to blame. After 80000 points, 20 million rupiah in food and beverages, and a 5 million rupiah doctor bill I couldn’t check out of this place quick enough. This place would easily be 5 stars if they gave the front office staff actual Ritz Carlton training, if they have had Ritz Carlton training just replace them. I have never had to sit in a checkout area and explain to the person checking me out that I don’t want to hear another word (excuse) out of their mouth. Just check me out and let me get on my way. There are so many hotel choices in Bali, I would not recommend this place under its current management.

Absolutely spectacular, service extremely friendly and professional. The beach and pool staff were exemplary. Will be definitely be recommending to my friends and family. Thank you to all that made the experience so memorable.

Didn't expect so many families with very small children and very disappointed with the guests flying drones around the property
