Good hotel, not so big like the other luxury hotel in Nusa dua, little bit more familiar. The personal much more friendly like in grand hyatt nusa dua!!!!!! The room big and nice and close to the pool. All good!!

Room is huge but a little dirty. Poor functionality and mostly looks like it's falling apart. There are cleaner, newer and cheaper options in the area.

This is a very nice place to stay in Nusa Dua. The rooms are spacious and clean, the territory is beautiful and the swimming pool is great. The breakfast is really good, there are many varieties of things to choose from. The beach is 10 minutes drive away, but they have a free shutyle bus going there and back every hour. The beach is private and comparatively clean with a nice cafe area. There is a shallow swimming pool 0.6 m deep for toddlers at the hotel. They also offer massage and laundry, both services are of a good quality, but a bit pricey. Overall I loved the place and would recommend it for travellers with family and kids.

My family and I have been staying on this hotel since 2002 and over the years have brought families, numerous friends and even organised an international training with 150 people. So for us, it is "a home away from home". Staff efficient, friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast buffet and great restaurant food. Nice big rooms too.

Hotel location is a bit away from main roads, thus finding food at evening might need a walk/taxi. I personally did not like the dinner options at the hotel.
Should go for pool access rooms only those are good.
Should avoid booking private pool villa not well maintained. A lot of insects and geckos around.
The hotel has complementary nusa dua beach shuttles, leave early morning to find a bed on the beach (provided free of cost by hotel). Loved the beach.
Rooms are a bit old. Many things need maintainance

Nice rooms, clean and spacious. Provides a very useful shuttle bus service to their private beach club, also within walking distance to several restaurants. Gym only has treadmills, no power racks.

Really good hotel, friendly staff. Soo friendly we played with a person called Dika. He is the hotel Pool Champion. Give him a shout when you get there. The in service food is amazing and cheap. Will definitely come again.

The hotel is an amazing place located in Nusa Dua the breakfast was amazing we've been upgraded because there were rooms available and it was our last night ! Our flight was late at night the day after they offered us to stay in the pool and use the spa to take shower !! They were great and supportive the rooms are amazing everything was perfect !

Very friendly and kind staff. We didn't stay there over night but we were near there beach facilities. Our children forgot some of there toys there. So, we drove to the hotel and the very friendly staff found our belongings. They treated us like guests even if we weren't. Thank you very much!

The staff is excellent, hourly shuttle service to private beach with full service at Beach. Great pool!! Very large and spacious rooms. Great place for family, couples, short or long stays.

A great hotel that is away from the usual tourist areas. Staff were excellent. My only slight negative comment would be that he premises was in urgent need of maintenance. There was a strong mouldy odor, especially around the reception area. My room on the other hand, was fine.

Clean, air-conditioned rooms, simple but nicely decorated. Large shower and deep bath tub. Service was extraordinary.
Any request we made was responded to in minutes. Not along tourist area, so if that's what you are looking for, this isn't it
The spa was wonderful and inexpensive, very clean. Didn't like the restaurant and it was expensive. They do offer a nice, western breakfast buffet for about $12. Beautiful pool area and gardens.
This is a quiet, lovely hotel and I would come back again.

Good hotel. Great pool side area and view. Have a different vegetarian menu for breakfast and lunch / dinner.
Also have their own Beach Club which is superb.

If I could rate the staff and the hotel separately I would as the staff were 5 stars throughout. Super helpful, friendly and professional.
The hotel itself is a little dated. The ground floor rooms smell so strongly of mould that I simply could not stay in one. We asked to be moved to the second floor where the rooms were a little less mouldy but dated all the same. The beds are a little hard but not the worst I have ever experienced!
I'd struggle to choose to stay here again. I don't think the hotel has a lot going for it and for the price I think you could do much better.

Весьма неплохой отель, огромные номера, хороший бассейн и очень тихо.Есть маленький спортзал (но из рабочего инвентаря там только беговая дорожка). До пляжа пешком около 10-15 минут спокойным шагом. За завтраки можно доплатить на месте, если не включены, около 200 тыс.рупий за человека в сутки ,но на эту сумму вполне можно поесть в кафе по дороге на пляж или же на самом пляже, там будет в два раза дешевле и стопроцентно вкусно!

The food was extremely poor for a 5star hotel the menu was also small with not a very good choice at all. I stayed for 4 nights. I asked for help many times and didn't get it. Accidentally the hotel had taken money for 5 nights instead of 4. A problem that I was promised on many occasions that they would sort out and refund my money. 5 months late I have had nothing back other than a lot of excuses. Very bad service. It's sad because the hotel is very nice and they do do some things very well.
Maybe one day they will sort there act out refund my money and upgrade there terrible menu.
