very nicely reception staff, and the guard. They will help you carry your luggage. If you come soon, you can go to the swimming pool, or restaurant , then take a rest while they prepare you room.

Clean rooms, strategic location, and excellent customer service. Not to mention most rooms will have excellent pool view.

I've spent more than a week in here and I just couldn't ask for more. Budget room with everything I need and it's super clean bonus a pool view. The location is also the most defining thing abt this hotel, right at the heart of kuta. The staffs are also very friendly. Might come back for another visit 😁

Nice hotel. My wife and I stayed here for two days. The pool was good, although we didn't get time to get in.
The room that we stayed in was nice and clean, had it's own balcony and bathroom. The amenities in the room included a TV, a hot water heater and complimentary tea and coffee.
The hotel is conveniently located in Legian Street with access to the beach, shops, pubs and massage places. I would recommend the German pub called Mama's which is open 24 hours.
All in all, it's a good budget hotel.

I had a comfortable stay. The rooms are cleaned everyday, staff is courteous and the hotel is located in the hub of activity. The complimentary breakfast has a decent spread. On the flip side, the deluxe room is smallish, and the hotel doesn't provide dinner or late night snacks/coffee/tea. One of our rooms developed an Ac-leaking-water issue. So the staff shifted us to a new room immediately and even upgraded the tier of the room. All in all, a satisfactory stay

Value for money. Central location in Legian. Bars, street food, boutiques, surf shops. Traffic is really bad on weekends and after dark. Room is adequate in size and very clean.

Love this hotel, we were originally in another hotel but we hated it so much we went back here where we had stayed before. They booked us in straight away and their driver took us to the other hotel so we could get our luggage. The staff remember you and are very friendly, there are security guards who are very helpful. Rooms are small but clean, beds are comfy and they are quick to send up towels, water and extra pillows. Pool was a great temperature and breakfast was nice. Fantastic location, close to really nice little cafes and spas.

Great breakfast. Breakfast menu change everyday, great! Have 4 asian hot food everyday. Omellete and bacon as per request. Clean room. Peace and quiet hotel. Have a small terrace. Bathroom need improve a glass door in the shower area. Bed is hard but comfortable. Hair dryer is available but u need to request. I suggest people to stay at 2nd or 3rd floor. Strong wifi and cooler. 4th floor is hotter. 2 aqua bottle everyday. Electric cattle is available in the room. The only downside is late checkout must pay.

I research a lot before choosing this hotel. After staying for 3 days, I have to say the hotel is good. The price is very cheap, only around 400k+ including breakfast. When we arrived, We receive a nice welcome drink. The drink contains sweet ginger and it taste fantastic. We request early check in, one of the receptionist seems not happy and lack of smile. This is the downside. The room itself meet our expectation. It is clean. The bathroom itself is ok. My suggestion to the hotel is they should put a glass door inside the shower, so the water doesnt splash out to the closet. The bathroom have a shampoo and soap. There is no hand towels. The bed is a bit hard but quite comfortable, because my backbone is straight. Even many 5 stars hotel have a bad bed that makes my backbone bend. The breakfast is limited but very nice taste. The first day i love the chicken with black sauce, baked potatoes and cap chay are delicious! The second day i love the sausage. The rice is not well cooked, too hard, so i dont pick rice. We can order omellete and many choice of egg by request for free. Compare when we were in switzerland 3 stars hotel there are no hot food! Terrace kuta have better breakfast! The swimming pool is nice, there is little wind due to the hotel design. If you want to stay at this hotel, I recommend to stay at 2nd floor (above lobby), u can have a strong wifi, and good looking view to the pool. The terrace at the room is small, i prefer bigger terrace so we can sit there, but overall its still oke.
The location of this hotel is very strategic in Kuta. Lots of shop, restaurant, cafe, and even near the kuta beach (5-10 minutes walk). If you stay here u should try warung totemo, cheap and nice restaurant, And Yogurt Republic made by greek recipe! The most delicious yogurt in indonesia i believe. Overall I would rate terrace at kuta for 9/10.

Very good hotel! I pay 37$ per night w/o breakfasts. Clean good room with shower, AC, free bottle of water and tee/coffee. Very quite at night. 5 min walk to beach.

What can I say about it. Nothing bad really :) Friendly staff anywhere you look. Rooms are comfty and clean. Everyday you get 2 free bottles of water. Hotel has a great location. Main street is close by, beach is about 5-10 minutes way (walking distance) and you have a few good places to eat nearby. You may hear some music from nearby pubs, but nothing to bad. It wont affect your sleep. All in all a nice place to stay.

Nice Hotel with pool. The stuff is really friendly and helpful. It is only 5min away from the beach. Everything is clean. Great value.

Stayed here for 3 nights and loving it! Friendly staff who smiles at you every time they see you. The room were big enough for 2 person and clean as well. Bed was comfy. However the air conditioner in the room could cooler. I had it on at 16 degrees but it felt like 25 degrees. The pool is nice with warm water. The food from the restaurant is very affordable and the drinks too! A small bottle of bintang costs only 20k (even cheaper than mini mart or bars) and other poolside snacks such as fries, spring roll or ice cream costs only 15 - 35k, super affordable! Overall, it was a good stay! Very convenient location as well.

We stayed here for 6 days while on a holiday in Bali and while it's not completely luxurious it is still a lovely place to stay.
The rooms area a little small, but hey, you're not there to stay in your room so it is suitable to sleep in. (Though during my stay there was a lot of construction going on in surrounding buildings so unfortunately it got a little noisy.)
Has a nice medium sized pool, reasonable breakfast and food options and it's close to everything.
It's great value for the price paid for the room and breakfast.
